I am writing to share some concerns regarding my experience as a member over the past few months.

While I initially chose this gym due to its convenient location near my workplace, my overall experience has been disappointing. This is largely due to issues with management and communication.

When I first signed up, the membership process was very delayed. The sales representative who assisted me appeared moody and unapproachable, which made the process less than welcoming. In the end, the front desk staff stepped in to help, but it still took nearly two weeks to finalize my membership due the lack of management here. I don’t know why there is a sales management position here if the front desk helped me through the initiation process. I later noticed that the gym has a surprisingly large number of managers listed online, which may be contributing to the lack of clear communication and accountability.

Additionally, both my grandmother and aunt have been longtime members, primarily because of the gym’s proximity to my grandmother’s therapy center. Unfortunately, my grandmother has shared repeated concerns about the general manager’s demeanor, stating that he has been ill-mannered and disrespectful on more than one occasion. It's deeply concerning to hear that a senior member is being treated in this manner. This gym is clearly being lost to its below par management. Over my time spent at this gym I’ve noticed decline in members. It comes as no suprise because nothing here is above average.

I’ve also had negative interactions with both the program coordinator and fitness manager. On multiple occasions, I felt dismissed when asking simple questions about classes. Their overall demeanor comes across as unapproachable. It cannot be efficient that there is two management positions in the fitness department. I recently had an interaction with the lady at the front desk whose name I can’t recall, though I remember it being something that pairs with 'Addison.' Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be quite rude and unprofessional. Usually the other staff members offer folded towels and a warm welcome.

The management culture and lack of professionalism from management staff members need to be addressed to improve the member experience.

Great pace and path to enter fitness. Introduction to the layout of equipment is a challenge, unique experience, chance to learn a one of a kind style, way to organize your workout. Good layout for mixing and matching equipment and chance for change each visit to Active. Great members and staff. Very exceptional front desk clerks, talents, values, and skill sets. Amazing!

The club is very good. Lots of equipment. Usually not overly crowded. Nice pool. The issue I have (and the reason for only 3 stars) is that if you call the front desk people they don't seem to know what's going on in the club. I have actually called three times in one day and was told three different things. This isn't the front desk people's fault, this is management's. They push memberships (for obvious and understandable reasons) but apparently don't know how to train folks.

Great place! Spacious, really clean, the staff is beyond friendly and amazing! I had to quit because there is no childcare or whatsoever, so I moved to a gym that does have one.
Their main costumers are seniors, and it did not seem like the childcare would be reinstated any time soon, which is disappointing.
I asked about it and got "i don't know" many times.
So, all in all, a great gym, just not fitting for parents that require childcare onsite

As an intern in the wine industry, I was not allowed to do the 3-day trial at the facility because I did not have documents proving my residency in Napa.

I've found this to be a wonderful place to be. Though I'm an old man, I never feel out of place. I find the staff, trainers, and fellow patrons to be kind, very helpful and fun to be with. It's just a good place that makes exercise enjoyable.

Went in with the idea of finding a gentle way back into the gym. Had a session with a trainer that featured a featured a weigh in as the initial criteria (although weight loss is not my stated goal, )a tour that featured medicine balls and jumping exercises that don’t gel with my mentioned physical limitations, and a feeling that I was not heard.

This gym is very clean and open. It smells good. There's very enjoyable classes that are adaptable to your skill level. They have private showers which is always a plus. They also have a sauna which is always good for relaxation.

Altogether this is a great gym, pool, and wellness center.

Extremely over priced for quality of equipment and club. Staff refused to honor my cancellation request until after I was charged an additional month citing a policy that is not written or mentioned in terms and conditions, and despite several attempts at contacting them for clarification they would not respond. Untrustworthy and dishonest club would avoid at all costs.

We were members before pandemic and then re-joined. If you are a swimmer then beware the ongoing problems with the pool and hot tub. I have talked numerous times and written to the head management and to the management in the facility they do not treat their swimmers like they should but yet they continue to collect our money never offering to reimbursed us for anything. Now the pool has been closed since Friday afternoon and do not even have anyone coming to look at it until Monday and this is the treatment that goes on way too often. The only reason many of us have stayed was due to the pool but I know a lot of members are leaving as this is our exercise and now they are even canceling classes that we pay for in our membership dues. We just do not matter to them

They lost or fired all of the best teachers for swim class. I loved Tami's classes in the big pool and Denell's warm water class. Covid was the worse thing to happen for Synergy. I won't be rejoining.

I don't recommend swim lessons for children here. You need to beg them for a lesson and wait almost a month for the Swim Manager to return your call, very bad service.
