My son had been playing through a lot of pain and was at the point of having to take time off from the game. We have been working with Cade for movement coaching and pt training. He has helped dramatically changed his running technique and now plays pain-free. Each session is different and the results are impressive. His at-home exercises are simple and effective - completely tailored for my son and many I have never seen before.
Cade is also great at supporting the mental health of a student athlete as well. He understands the struggle of being injured, the drive to return to play and the need for patience and grit to get there. Highly recommended Cade!

I do online sessions with Cade because of knee discomfort that wasn’t allowing me to work or do many other different things with ease.

Cade is amazing. I first started seeing Cade because a dear friend of mine had such toned arms and abs which I pointed to and said - "I want that". But he has proven to be so much more. My arms and abs ARE much more toned now, but most importantly his personalized program has me moving better, feeling better, and so much stronger. I've had scoliosis since my teen years, and I can physically feel that the programs Cade comes up with for me (albeit sometimes a bit strange looking) are actually good for my body. Oh, and losing about an inch from my waistline has been a nice perk too.

I have worked extensively with several trainers, physical therapists and body workers over the last 20 years. I also have a degree in kinesiology and work in physical rehab and health tech myself. I have not once in my entire personal health journey or work career met or experienced a professional like Cade. He is the best trainer I've ever had, and as long as he is doing this work, I will never be switching trainers again. Ever!
Cade is: kind, empathetic, motivating, thorough, detail-oriented, confident in his programs, and phenomenally razor-sharp. He understands the human body and brain in a way no professional I've worked with ever has. He notices the smallest things that impact my movement in a big way. He pays attention to improving your body, but without exposing you to injury or re-injury.
After a c-section and a debilitating car accident and a traumatic ankle sprain I thought I would never have a chance at improved mobility again. In 7 months with Cade, I am stronger than I have been in years - before the baby and the car accident too! I'm so excited to attend our sessions and I truly believe in my body in a way I never thought I could again.

I was referred to Cade by a highly acclaimed Physical Therapist who described him as THE best body mechanic around for treatment of my widespread musculoskeletal and postural imbalance issues. Cade has not disappointed.
The combination of exceptional analytics, focus, precision and communication skills makes him a masterful instructor. There is no feeling of being hurried or overlooked - everything he does is well thought through, well prepared and highly purposeful.
If that sounds good enough, it only gets better - he's also compassionate, responsive and accessible for a quick question or the need to modify an exercise. I'm typically too busy to be troubled with a review, but Cade is well deserving of an exception.

When I first came to see Cade I was hungry for a new training style. I was ready to move past the very typical and short-sided strength training only approach and onto more athletic and functional movement patterns that would keep my body capable, strong, and resilient through all my activities and as I age. And let me tell you that when I say Cade understood the assignment, he understood the assignment! He so beautifully pairs strength and conditioning with physical therapy techniques which was desperately needed as I would always find stability/postural issues as I trained, resulting in avoiding specific movements all together. But quickly after beginning my training with Cade, the way I viewed my body and its capabilities completely transformed. I truly used to believe that there were movements that were just not for me such as a pistol squat but within one session he had me doing them with zero issues. I am constantly blown away with his understanding of the human body and its connectedness and his keen eye for the smallest but crucial adjustments. My body feels so much stronger and far more capable at 30 than I did at 20. And the endless amount of interest/compliments I get from people at the gym regarding my training style and my physique is just an additional benefit of training with Cade. I cannot recommend him enough!

My original goal with Cade was the Centenarian Olympics (a la Peter Attia). I wanted to be strong and fit as I age. I played college sports and likely never fully healed from my basketball feet and shooting shoulder. Not only has Cade enabled me to get stronger than I have been since those college days, he's done it with a keen eye to mobility and flexibility. If he gives me an exercise that reduces mobility in my shoulders or hips, he takes it out. The best part, is he gives me a monthly program and I can work that program when I'm at home or traveling, so I can easily fit it in with my busy lifestyle.

Cade is someone who has been on both sides of the rehab and performance perspective. If your goal is to be the best athlete or just to get out of pain, then Cade is definitely the one.
He has been patient and taken time to think/process how to evaluate the programming without causing additional harm to my body.
His previous experience with professional athletes as well as regular folks gives him a unique perspective that empathizes with his clients for their goals.
I enjoy his careful planning despite the difficulties that my body has shown during training.
