I recently started training at Adrenaline and the staff and coaches are all helpful and skilled. I’ve particularly enjoyed training with Coach Nestor who is dedicated to adult boxing. I appreciate his focus on developing technique including defense and footwork. Highly recommend this training facility for anyone who is interested in starting boxing / martial arts.

All my life my older brother has beat me up but I decided that was going to change. I decided to join the boxing program with coach/sensei Nestor and he takes time to not only teach you how to box but also how to develop the muscles in your body to box correctly. Anyone is welcomed in his class and Sensei Nestor prioritizes conditioning, muscle development, technique, and most importantly safety in all his classes. I would definitely recommend his class to anyone looking to start boxing or to be in better shape. As for me, I will become better everyday and I will call out my older brother Edin to meet me in the ring so we can settle this 27 year old beef. You’re next!

This place is amazing. It has several combat sports: Judo, Bjj, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA. I have been fortunate to get lessons from Dr. Nestor Alonso Frutos in boxing.

I also came over from another studio and Sensei Jesse Duran and Gilbert Alonso have been welcoming when I joined their judo classes. All the students are welcoming and everyone has a good vibe.

The entire staff is awesome; my son absolutely loves going here. Fernando Alamilla and Alfredo Barrera have been working with my son and I have seen a big improvement in his skills and mindset.

I would recommend this place to all ages and genders.

I love my boxing class. It’s perfect for me. I’m a mom and I am able to bring my son and the time is perfect. I work out 3 times out of the week. The coaches are great. They are patience and willing to teach you proper technique.I have been coming over a year and I will continue to come. I would recommend for anyone that likes to have a good workout. This gym is a great place to learn marital arts. They have a variety of classes to choose from like boxing, muay thai, mma, jujitsu. The coaches are amazing and have experience in the martial arts they are teaching. At this gym you are always learning how to improve your form and the reasons why for training. It is intimidating to join a boxing gym, I was nervous in the beginning, but everyone was so friendly and I have mo regrets on joining. It was also a nice break from the normal gym.

Elite gym, best coaches out there for everything mma, bjj/grappling, Muay Thai/kick boxing, boxing they have it all. Whether you just want to train as a hobby or try to go pro this is the gym for you.

My wife just trains for fun and can do so safely here, and I like train/spar hard and am able to do that here as well.

Not only are the coaches and staff the best, but all the fighters and everyone else who trains here are cool too. Made a lot of good friends in just my first year training here.

Great place for your kids to get into the sport. I have both my young daughters start out both wrestling and jujitsu here. Even without any experience, they felt welcomed and learned at a comfortable pace. Staff here are great and helpful. They are a great gym. I heard they recently moved. Unfortunately I moved out of the area. I did MMA and Jiu Jitu and the coaches were excellent and showed you step by step how to do the moves. I love Jiu Jitsu and will continue to do it.

They should teach the young lady who answers the phone better communication skills and customer service. Her tone was so indifferent and standoffish that it was uncomfortable being on the phone with her and she made me feel unwelcomed. This is the worst gym ever. Nothing against the instructors but the staff is horrible. I had a month to month contract and I was unable to attend classes due to personal circumstances. I did not know where to find their email because their website does not list it, so I tried calling all possible numbers and leaving messages, even filling out another inquiry. They never called me or emailed me about the monthly dues. Since I was month to month and they stopped charging my card, I assumed they canceled the membership. I received a bill for almost $800 not even from Adrenaline, but a 3rd party. Mind you, this is the ONE AND ONLY notification I received from them. I understand paying off the equipment but I am positive they are not over $250. I am going through a financial hardship and have mental issues. This stress is causing my mental issues to spike without control. I am worried about having mental emergencies and start going to the hospital over this emotional distress.
