I’m visiting my sister in Natomas for Thanksgiving and I did a quick search to find a yoga class the day after. I loved the Grateful Yoga and Pilates flow. It was a creative sequence and I learned some new poses too! Thank you 🙏

This yoga studio is a real gem in the Natomas area. They offer a variety of classes throughout the week, but my favorite is the Saturday morning class. It’s a great way to start your weekend. The studio has a very welcoming atmosphere and the instructors are engaging and supportive.

Very welcoming owner and instructors. Yoga classes are great. Comfortable environment. You can occasionally hear neighboring martial arts classes, which is sort of funny :)

I joined Agape Yoga for the convenience as my daughter attends martial arts there and have found excellent instructors and a mindfulness practice that extends far beyond the yoga studio.
