Alicia and her team run an incredible operation, and you can feel the energy the moment you walk in. We DJ’d their 5-Year Anniversary workout event, and everything was organized, smooth, and filled with great vibes.
Alicia is professional, easy to work with, and leads a team that’s dialed in and passionate about what they do. Their members were awesome and made the whole experience a blast.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! Alicia is incredibly friendly and highly qualified! She has a positive attitude, an approachable personality, and the ability to teach and motivate people of all ages and backgrounds. Alicia gives instant feedback, adjustments during the workouts, and the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice; if you go consistently, you will see results, no question. I joined AGF six months ago, and my physical and mental health has significantly improved. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in YEARS. The gym is immaculate every time I walk in, and I am thankful they take cleanliness seriously. There is such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I attended Alicia Giana Fitness for about 7 months (only stopped going due to moving) and had very specific fitness goals as a postpartum mom (had a 3 month old baby when I started). I wanted to be able to do pushups, have more energy, and regain fitness I had lost after having two children in three years. Within four months of working out at Alicia's gym between 2-4 days a week, drinking a whey protein shake afterward, and eating a balanced diet, my fitness levels were even better than before I had kids! Most importantly, my mindset and energy levels improved due to prioritizing my health and receiving world-class training at AGF. And in just a few months, I could finally do pushups! I am so thankful to Alicia for helping me through my postpartum journey so that I could become a stronger mom.
As a former long-distance runner, it was a welcome adjustment for me to try workouts that incorporated more strength and resistance training and it was wonderful to never get bored - I don't think I ever did the same exercise twice!!! Alicia is constantly on her feet checking in with each client and group workouts are adjusted accordingly to meet individual client goals. I am amazed at Alicia's ability to customize workouts on the spot and remember each person's needs! She was truly meant to be a personal trainer and Alicia will always be an inspiration to me not only to be healthy, but to always pursue my dreams with the intent of helping others. Anyone wanting to up their fitness regimen would be the luckiest person ever to get a slot at AGF!

Alicia Gianna Fitness is exactly what I was looking for! Alicia is an incredible trainer with the skillset and experience to guide you on your health journey. She is kind, welcoming, and encouraging. In March of 2021 I told Alicia my goals and that I planned to train with her for two months. I am now in month four and continue to return for these reasons:
1)I see results. I have dropped one clothing size and can fit into what I was ready to give away. I also have increased core and full body strength such that my bike rides as a cyclist are much more high powered, manageable, and satisfying.
2) She knows her stuff well enough to a)change up the routine every time so I’m never bored, b) coach on form so I don’t injure myself, c) provide positive feedback, and d) accommodate physical limitations I had thought would prevent me from exercising.
3) She offers (small group) sessions myriad times per week. Through her scheduling app, I can easily switch dates and times when life requires it; this way, when life gets crazy, I don’t have to miss getting my workouts in.
4) The facility has everything a person could need to achieve fitness goals. Equipment is in great condition, continually sanitized, and types of equipment are diverse enough to provide all types of cardio, strength and conditioning opportunities.
5) Alicia has consistently demonstrated professionalism. She is dedicated, consistent, personable, knowledgeable, and effective.
I, who always prefer outdoor exercise to indoor, have become addicted to weight training at Alicia Giana Fitness. I’m so glad I contacted her. Truly.

I can’t say enough positive things about Alicia or her gym. Alicia is funny, welcoming, upbeat, punctual, organized and the workouts she prepares are effective (sometimes when I am super sore the next day I think maybe too much so). Her gym is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in and it’s so nice to have a semi-private workout experience….and as a bonus there are the cutest dogs to play with.

Alicia is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! I have trained with a few trainers over the years when I lived in the LA area and she is far more knowledgeable than all of them combined. Her approach is kind/understanding but she still pushes me when I need it, and I always feel safe. Plus it’s actually fun to workout with her! I’m so thankful to have found her and very excited to continue my fitness journey. I have trained 3 months so far and have definitely seen results! I highly recommend her, you can’t go wrong!

I love working out with Alicia! I tried personal training before and it didn't work out for me. I felt nauseous, uncomfortable during and after working out before. So I stopped. I found Alicia's page and I said, let me give this another try because I really wanted to be healthy. I did not regret it. Alicia always made sure if I'm alright. I feel safe working out with her. I feel like I'm improving each time I train with her. Been working with her for almost 2 months and so far it's been very good! Her workouts are enjoyable and challenging. Alicia is amazing! I was a semi active person, but needed to find some type of structure. My hubby gave me her information and I reached out. I have been going to her for over a year and I have yet to do the same workout. That's amazing in its self! I was able to tone up and get myself back into shape. I am actually excited to go to the gym on workout days! I am not one for a bootcamp regiment with yelling and screaming. Alicia is extremely motivating in a positive way .
