After working with 20 Physical Therapists and a dozen pilates instructors...I literally found the BEST OF THE BEST!! I have been suffering from a subluxating knee and it has caused all kinds of issues for me. Ivy is seriously the best instructor I have ever met. She understand the human body and muscles and structure better than any physician I've ever seen! I feel so lucky to have found her. She doesn't waste your time, get right to it, and she has every machine you didn't know existed when it comes to pilates :) Parking is super easy, too! This is not your ordinary pilates studio...it's so much more!!! Very thankful for Ivy!! Life changing...no doubt!

A year ago, I made a commitment to myself and started going to Pilates at Agile once a week.Making time isnt easy, but it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
After three C-sections, my core felt so weak . Week by week, Pilates has helped me rebuild My husband has even noticed the difference, which makes me proud and motivated to keep going.
The biggest gift Pilates has given me is learning how to carry my core and posture into my everyday life—whether I’m driving, walking, doing yoga or just moving through my day, I feel more connected to my body.

I’ve been taking Ivy’s classes for years, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s not just skilled—she’s passionate, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to what she does. Even though she’s already a master teacher and leads Pilates certification programs, she never stops learning and still takes advanced training courses.
I’ll admit, I’ve tried other studios through ClassPass to save some money, but her classes are just on another level. You get what you pay for!
What makes her stand out is how much she cares about doing things the right way. She’s always focused on proper form and gently reminds us that it’s not about how far you can stretch—it’s about staying aligned and moving with intention. I’ve learned so much from her—not just about Pilates, but about how to take better care of my body.

I drive more than an hour every week for the private session. Though out the exercises, the aches and pains on my neck and shoulder blades are gone. When I stand, I become aware of my posture. Therefore, no more lower back pain. This is the first time in my life staying persistent in my fitness journey. I love Pilates! I love my instructor Ivy! Thank you so much❤️
