My daughter loves it here! She's been attending class for three years now and has had so much fun while learning new skills. The parking lot can get rather hectic during the week, but the weekends are clear

This is probably the best place in the world to go if you want to train winners. The coaches will berate your children until they cry and then they will no longer know what failure is. It is the only way to create athletes. Just ask the Russians or the Chinese, man, they know how to do it. I come here for adult classes and it's super jumping up and down on everything. I'm like whoa, look at me jump! Whoa! Look at me to! Heyo! I'M TINY RICK! Yeeeaaah!

My kid went here for almost a year to the Dynamos level and the instructor was amazing. We discontinued and restarted at Girls recreational classes. Absolute nightmare experience. Instructor barely looked at kids throughout 75 minutes of the class. Instructor did not teach or support kids in any way. We immediately asked to be moved to a different class. Front desk person is helpful but their policies are horrible. They never bother to ask for feedback from customers. She moved us to another class that's open for the month. They do not prorate or hold the registration until another class opens up or give back the paid amount. No matter how the next set of classes go, we are not coming back to this place. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this place. Wasting around $40, driving 20+ minutes to the class and watch your kid being ignored and made to randomly attempt something that remotely looks like gymnastics- that's the summary of this place. Stay away.
In all fairness, I have seen few of the instructors being super dedicated and interact with kids but it's not guarantee to get them all the time as it's all based on availability. It's way too expensive in terms of money and time to deal with this random chance of getting a decent instructor.

Poor customer service. Never answered any of my call.
Through email, when I asked for a make-up class, they said their classes are at full capacity and it'll be online via Zoom.
When you're running this business from a long time, you should get prepared accordingly and make a room for the make up classes as well. This is not a unique situation.
If it can be online, what's the purpose of sending the kids to the facility? There are plenty of age appropriate gymnastics videos available on Youtube for FREE. Kids can watch and learn by themselves at home.
They're in illusion that only their instructors are experienced, and rest of the people who are providing online resources are not experienced.
I am not sure about "coach" as well, because I noticed that they just try to engage kids as a day-care or a general after school facility, and hardly try to work on developing kids new gymnastics skills.
If you'll ask them about the progress, they'll preach on 1-1 training classes.
Totally WASTE of money and time. Don't just go by the "5 star" reviews. Think twice before considering this business.

An Outstanding Gym in Every Respect
As a former gymnastics coach of over twenty years, I can say that Airborne Gymnastics is an outstanding gym to attend, whether your child enrolls in competitive or recreational gymnastics. It's rare to find a gym that does both so wellβbut Airborne does. While I will devote this review to the recreational side, all you have to do is walk in the gym and see the girlsβ team train or look at their gym wall lined with pictures of past athletes whoβve earned scholarships to some of the best schools in the countryβincluding Stanford and Yaleβto know youβre in the right place.
My two children have been in the recreational program at Airborne Gymnastics since September. My son is a 3-year-old with special needs. His coaches, Natalia and Eliana, have infinite patience, and go out of their way to help him. He has come a long way since he first started the class. His listening and comprehension of verbal instructions have improved tremendously, and his forward and backward rolls are coming along as well. My daughter has worked with A.J., Maddy, Justinia, and several others as well. All the Airborne coaches Iβve seen are encouraging as well knowledgeable in terms of gymnastics technique. In addition to all that, they know how to keep things safe.
Whether you just want your kids to stay fit, or if a spot on their team is your dream, Airborne is a gym where you can do both! Itβs an outstanding gym in every respect!

Such a great place for kids to get new skills! We tried so many different classes here, gymnastics parkour, T&T and after all our favorite coaches: AJ, Skyler, Roby, Rome, Adriana, coach Hannaβ€οΈ and July. Front desk is amazing, always super helpful! Thank you so much Airborne gym!

I canβt say enough good things about Airborne Gymnastics and their birthday parties as well!! This is probably our 5th party with them and they are always such a wonderful experience. The staff is attentive, engaging, helpful and friendly to parents and children alike. The instructors really make your child feel special and take time to celebrate with you. You donβt feel like youβre just another birthday party they have to lead.
I recommend them for all ages. Even my 10 year old and his friends absolutely loved the party!

I chose to have my daughter's 6th birthday here and it was amazing. The gymnastics teachers were very active and the kids didn't stop laughing. They had a great overhead area that all the adults could watch the kids from. Then we got a private room for pizza and cake. Thanks Ariborne!

My daughter attends a class here weekly and I have seen her progress really quickly under the care of coach Cory. She also just had a birthday party and Coach Robbie and Anders were the best party hosts! Professional, friendly and most importantly fun! All the children had fun and it was nice for me to not have to lift a finger! They took care of everything! Would highly recommend!

I am not competent to assess the quality of their teaching but the customer service is TERRIBLE.
We did agree a 1 month trial and we got charged at the end of the 3rd week because of their accounting policies. They did not even considered the possibility of a refund even though we told them punctually the last lesson of the trial that we did not want to continue. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction they just focus on their internal policies.

Wanted to share my warmest appreciation for Coaches Lilou and Robby for a wonderful birthday party for my 7YO and her classmates. The kids had SO much fun, many said - this is even better than my own birthday party! And as a parent I have never done any party that was this stress free. The coaches set up all the food and plates, cut the cake, served the pizza, even helped clean up the spills the kids made. They made the kids wash hads, lined them up. They kept telling me to sit down and just enjoy the party <3

My daughter loves going to gymastics here! My daughter has Coach Corry and he is incredibly patient, attentive and engaging with the kids. He has a good balance of positive & negative criticism so my daughter is challenged and excited to improve her skills.
My daughter also had her 6th birthday party here and it was great. AJ was in charge of running the birthday party. I was impressed by his high level of energy with the kids.
I definitely recommend Airborne but put your kids on the waitlist right away because it takes a very long time to be called for a spot.

As a parent of a team gymnast, I can not say enough good things about Airborne after experiencing 2 other competing gyms in the area. Airborne and its team coaches are dedicated to the girls and their success. The feedback my daughter receives while being coached is always done in a positive manner. Through Covid, Airborne did everything they possibly could under the County guidelines to continue the teamβs training and we are forever grateful. Parents can observe practices through Spot TV. The facility is regularly sanitized and exceptionally clean with health and safety being top priority at the gym. Airborne is our daughterβs βhappy placeβ. She loves gymnastics and Airborne is the perfect fit for her and our family.

My son has attended Airborne's Mini Mach, Mach 1 and now their Mach 2 parkour classes. He also has celebrated 2 birthdays there. Those alone are worth 4 stars.
However, the reason why I gave 5 stars and why I recommend them to anyone who has a kid who needs to get some energy out: when the restrictions were lifted and we came back for class and camps, they were so excited to see my son. All the staff who knew him welcomed him back. It was very special to see a place that he loves love him back.
So give them a try. I'm pretty sure you'll be happy you did.

Worst policy ever. Donβt go if you want to see how your kids are doing on gym. The admins and coaches donβt allow to watch on my kid in dynomight class:(.
The owner in the comments replied that viewing areas are available for parents, but it is not entirely true. Some corner areas with bars are completely invisible for parents, but I think we have full right to check our kids progress especially at such disciplines as bars, etc, which are not trivial.
Asking for help at the desk is no help at all, because associates there are simply unhelpful not to say rude.

Good place for kids. Teachers are good. They have all needed equipment too. Even the young lady from reception staff is good, but the old lady is too rigid. Because of the rigidness i wanted to give 1 or 2 stars only but just because of 1 person,I can not overlook the good thing they have.

I came here for a birthday party.
Parking is difficult! It is in an office complex and I wasn't sure if I was parking in an approved spot or not.
The party was for 5 to 6 yr olds. There was a separate sign in table for the birthday. It would be helpful to know in advance that the children need to be barefoot, as some of the girls came wearing tights. The staff was attentive to the kids. There were bleachers on 1 side of the gym, where the parents could sit and watch.
After the play, the party continued upstairs. There was additional bleacher seating in front of a large window where you could see the entire gym floor below. There were also additional bathrooms upstairs.
The kids had a great time and the parents had an opportunity to talk.

the coaches here are amazing!!!! BUT!! bad service from the admins! not all though! i had a very disappointing experience talking to Courtney today. and a while back from another lady. i hope they teach their employees customer service!!! maybe the coaches can help with that training! these coaches are so respectful and so processional, not the people working behind the desk!! if it werent for them, id take my daughter out.

Coaches are great, but admin staff at the front desk is not very friendly and sometimes simply rude.
Iβve been forced to pay double the price for kids birthday party because receptionist has made a reservation for 20 kids instead of requested 10.
And even after after trying to convince them that it was their mistake, they still kept referring to emails theyβve sent, that had a number of guests.

Excellent coaches , coach AJ is the best , and coach Cory is great.
I would rate 5 for the coaches -- super excellent. But rate negative 5 for the front desk .
Unfortunately the receptionist and the support staff is full of BS. Very, ineffective and horrible customer service . Especially the Asian elderly lady , Is so snobbish that she thinks she is running a charity. In fact charging through the nose !

My daughter went there for 1 year in the Dynamos class and I have nothing substantial to see as a result. Not even a flip or a head stand, forget cart wheel. There are more than 15 kids in each class and the instructors are busy dealing with them turn after turn, so there is a lot of waiting involved which becomes boring and frustrating for the kids. They have loopholes for scheduling makeups and changing the time of the class is a long wait too.

The communication among staff members to clients are very disruptive. I called to place my children on summer camp, and the session I would like was full. The manager added a coach and was able to accept my children. I was told I have to pay the next business day, but there was a holiday in between, Memorial weekend. I was told by Jennifer, just call us on Tuesday and we will hold the spots if you will commit, but unable to drop off payment. Well, our Master card had unauthorized charges and a new card is being sent to us. AB doesn't accept AE or Discover, and the manager denied that she said to call and she will hold the spots because they have a wait list now. I told them my husband can walk from his building to their site and will pay tomorrow when the replacement card arrives. However, we were given extension to 10 AM or they will give the spots away. They even claimed that they have given us extension, which is a complete lie. It is late and we are both working so we have to find camp for my children, we will not come back to this place next year. The lack of consistency and integrity is tough to do business with.

I really want to be in this gymnastics because I want people to see that I can do it that I try my best. people at my school know how to do gymnastics and I don't and it makes me sad because I don't know they start to laugh at me and start to call me names. when gymnastics comes on the TV it makes me do it but I cant I be asking my mom to sign me up she says no because she doesn't got that kind of money. So i get sad i hope i can be in one

If you are looking for a gym to call home and plan to be there a long time this is NOT the one!
My son broke his arm so I called from the hospital as a courtesy to the gym let them know my daughter would not make it to her class. While I had them on the phone I decided to schedule her make up class without my calendar in front of me. I later realized I would be out of town at the time I scheduled her make up so I called back the next day, the day BEFORE her make up was scheduled and they would not let me reschedule it. I had my own gymnastics program in AZ and this is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard. It's not like we missed our make up class and are trying to make up our make up! I was essentially going to slide into a class in an hour that still had openings and open up room for the next day. They kept telling me that they were saving a spot for me so IF someone called to do their make up then would have already told them no. My thought was that it hasn't happened yet, so IF someone calls they could give it to them. So sad they are willing to lose customer over not letting them attend a different make up ahead of time when there was room in both classes! I am withdrawing my daughter from the program. When looking for a gym, we are essentially looking for a home. We literally just paid and registration fee last week, attended one class and they won't refund our $50 registration fee either. They are clearly a money driven program and have terrible customer services. The manager also told me there IS flexibility to this policy given the circumstance, but MY circumstance wasn't one of those. When I asked to speak to the owner he told me she would just be referring me back to him since he was in charge of the recreation dept.

With the loss of their best team coaches Justin Howell and Liz Crandall, the team coaching is stretched among "the leftover coaches" who are verbally abusive and the owner who appears to not even want to be out on the floor. If you think your daughter will go into team here, get ready for her to come home in tears. In my opinion, they are less interested in coaching girls with promise than waiting for the "already gifted" girls to walk in to door to maintain their gym's credibility. The recreation side of the house builds girls confidence up but the team side leaves girls mentally battered and even scarred for life.

Wow. What a shock. I found myself quite surprised by the people who work here. My daughter likes her teacher but when I had a question about my bill the front desk woman was snappy and then the owner came out (I think her name was Mel ?) basically threw the bill in my face and said "that's the price. Take it or leave it" and then walked away. And this is only our first month here! We're going somewhere else, thank you
