A workout that fits YOUR schedule. We offer a 45 minute kickboxing/boxing HIIT circuit training workout in a bootcamp style setting. Coaches on site during all workouts for assistance. Workouts are at on your time and at your pace, we have no set class times. Come in and try us out.

The BEST place to get a great workout. Both retainers are amazing Daniel and Tiffany very supportive and encouraging, super knowledgeable and motivating. They make sure you get the workout you need. I definitely recommend this gym you will not regret it.

Nice workout fitness for an efficient whole body workout. There are trainers all the time for you! The trainers there are very nice and friendly! They also have a fancy weight scale to help you keep track on your workout progress and help you analysis your body composition! Workout plans are different everyday, you will never feel bored!

This gym has very welcoming atmosphere. The owner and coaches are very friendly and give you the motivation to keep you going.
