I was a gym member for the past 2 years at all city, all of a sudden with no notice they posted a handwritten note saying permanently closed which is a pity because this place was nice. There’s also a review about the note somewhere here in Google.

In good faith I assumed they would auto cancel my membership but instead they charged me for this month (Aug 2025). When calling them, the line says their voicemail inbox was full and I’ve sent them an email as well, but nothing. so I need to dispute the charge with my bank.

It’s a shame since I liked this place but their lack of communication should be illegal.

There seems to be a lack in communication when it comes to billing unfortunately. I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now and generally enjoy the facility, but I do have a few concerns. Lately, around there’s been a group of young kids with a coach who take over a large section of the gym. It’s frustrating because they dominate the space, making it hard for other members to access equipment or move around freely during a busy hour.
I understand group training has its place, but it would be much more considerate (and professional) if they had a designated time or separate area for that type of session—especially during peak hours when regular members are trying to get their workouts in too.

Went here yesterday and honestly I really enjoyed myself, everyone was very nice or kept to themselves. The machines are waayyy better and I definitely felt the difference in my work out. They have the calves machine I’ve been looking for not the one PF uses which is junk. They have a modern version of a bench press barbell which has different hand placement to target the chest. The only thing I wish they had is a hydro bed. I am partial disabled so the massage after a workout really helps the pain and inflammation. Highly enjoyable gym thank you for the welcoming

The gym is kept clean, and organized. Affordable price for what you get with equipment. The staff and owner were friendly when I signed up. The gym does have a sauna, and it only reaches 140 degrees.

I've been a member of this gym for over a year now, and I must admit I'm quite disappointed with the recent changes. Lately, it seems to be getting worse and worse every day. Many people appear to prioritize socializing over their workouts, leading to equipment being hogged for hours. What's more disheartening is that a significant portion of the equipment appears to be broken. I used to enjoy my time here, but the declining quality and atmosphere have left me quite unsatisfied with my experience.

Addendum, after having been going here for about a year:

The quality of this gym has gone down a LOT, sadly.

Maintenance issues are a big factor in my scoring it low. We’ve had cables broken for months. I get the whole supply chain crisis thing. But, months? Nothing takes that long to get fixed if you care about it.

Cleanliness has also become an issue. The restrooms just aren’t as well maintained as they should be. Look, gym restrooms are hard to maintain- sometimes your preworkout will fail you. So, more effort needs to go into that aspect- not just for comfort, but for general health reasons.

I’ve also, on many occasions, had to clean up around this gym- re-racking weights and picking up trash / empty water bottles.

Just overall disappointed in how this gym has diminished over the last months.

This is still the best gym in town. But, unfortunately, that ain’t saying much considering how terrible Tracy is for business.

Seriously, I sometimes pipe dream to myself about opening a gym. I think to myself about all the things I would want in a gym-
Ample room to work.
Lots of well maintained (new) equipment.
Clean and comfortable restrooms.
Locker to store your stuff.
Good parking.
Squat racks.
And, you know what? This gym has it! This gym has everything I could ever ask for in a gym.

2 squat racks with so many plates I don’t know where to put em all. Plenty of benches and a good array of dumbbells. A healthy assortment of isolation machines. Sandbags, TRX rig, jump boxes and a battle rope (my favorite). A brand new assault bike for the Crossfitters out there. They even have a set of those cool new v-bars for your pulldowns.

The facility is clean, neat and roomy. So much so it almost seems like a hospital. Seriously, we gotta get some posters of some color in there.

The restrooms are clean and spacious, with these water saving plumbing.

They lockers to store your gear while you workout.

They being located in a strip mall gives you lots of parking.

This facility is open 24 hours, which is wildly convenient for folks working odd schedules.

No official classes yet but they’ve got Rod running one-on-ones if you need personal training.

All told, this is a great gym.
I highly recommend!

I started coming here to workout recently after a few years of neglecting my fitness journey. ACF has made me feel welcomed, comfortable and most important reminded me what it's like to go to a gym that actually cares about their members. The water is delicious, so delicious, the equipment is always clean and the vibe is unique. Never really worked out with so many happy people helping each other hold bars and high fiving after reps. Came here from Arizona with a family friend of mine while I visited Tracy and I was very pleased with my experience here. Staff is very friendly. Gym is the perfect size with the perfect amount of machines and weights. Not too much, not too little. Very well maintained gym and all the equipment is very well taken care of. No broken equipment. Not a bad gym. You can get a complete workout here as long as you don’t come during peak hours. Also, they could be better at keeping up their cleaning supplies. Most often than not you would have to bring your own towel to wipe down the benches. On a different note, miso tended to be unnecessarily loud; it sometimes feels like you’re in a club rather than a gym.

All City Fitness has a wide selection of machines and equipment that fulfills all needs of various exercises. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The gym is pretty clean, has a great water filter, restroom, and storage area. Only downside is if you train during peak hours, the gym is quite packed (4pm-6pm). Satisfied with the gym so far :)

Where do I begin? This is one the best gym’s you’ll find in Tracy, if not THE BEST. I first met the owners Keith and Rod when I joined at the Naglee Road location and followed to the new location at Pescadero Avenue. It’s been such a great transition from the old to the new location. Before All City Fitness I tried a few other gyms and believe me when I say there’s no better gym in Tracy.

Not only is the gym great but the overall atmosphere is amazing. The energy is unmatched with the members who join. I’ve made so many great friends that I see when I routinely come in. Everyone has such great energy and is so friendly and that’s one of the parts. It will keep you coming back each time for a great workout.

I came in with a very low self esteem and with little to no prior knowledge of how to workout. Keith and Rod set me for success and helped me immensely from my motivation to confidence in working out. I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me. I came in with a goal to lose 50 pounds almost a year ago. And just a few days ago I made it to the goal I made for myself. I’m already setting new goals and will keep coming back time and time again to All City Fitness.

This gym is incredible. Not only are there ample machines and resources for anyone who's a serious lifter, the trainers are extremely helpful and super attentive to every member concern/request. Great facility and quality folks running the place. We were happy to donate toys for their community event around Christmas and Keith and Jimmy were awesome enough to donate gym mats for use in our high school law enforcement classroom. They have also offered to speak with the kids regarding fitness. Great to have a quality, clean gym available in the Tracy area. I just moved to tracy from Reno and my gym there really felt like a home where everyone treated each other like family. Being spoiled with that made me beyond picky about the environment I work out in. I’ve lived in tracy before and I’ve been to every major gym and they all had a weird vibe with underwhelming equipment choices or exorbitant prices. I did my research and found All City Fitness which had an amazing price so I was pretty skeptical. I decided to give them a chance and I could tell right away this place had great energy to it. The owners of this place are awesome and I could tell they’re truly genuine. They work with you and go out of they’re way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. For a smaller gym I am impressed with the array of equipment choices they have and the sauna is a huge plus!! Overall this gym gave me such a good impression I had to come and write a review, which I would usually never do! Also you just can’t beat 24hrs. If you’re reading this I’m sure your looking into it but just come see for yourself.

My experience at this place so far has been amazing. I love the environment, the equipment, and the hospitality. I like that it’s not too crowded so I’m not always waiting for someone on a machine that I’d like to use as to other gyms where I’ve experienced people just sitting on the machine not even doing anything or there’s been times where it’s too crowded and I have to wait forever for something to open up. I haven’t experienced nothing like that at all city and I love it. All city is probably my favorite gym I’ve worked out at so far and I like that fact that the workers will help with workouts or show demonstrations. Me and the buddies just recently hit up this gym by mcarthur off the freeway. The owners are super friendly and maintain a clean environment. The free weight dumbbells go up to 100 lbs, with two squat racks, 6 benches, seated calf raise, and more. It’s a legit gym with a variety of machines and equipment!!

Love the new location! This gym is the big brother to All City Fitness 1 in terms of space and equipment. It has everything Big NPG needs to get jacked and juicy for the summer. Tons of free weights, strength machines and cardio. There are also saunas if you need to sweat out excess toxins and showers that make it convenient to come on your lunch break. I've only gone to this gym a handful of times but so far so good! The membership set up was a little sketchy, but that could be because I'm used to going to bigger and corporately owned gyms. It was a little annoying to obtain my key but they really worked with me the best they could. The initial set up is also not done the way the agreement says it'll be done, but I'm assuming COVID has forced some changes to be made. I love that it's 24/7. It's the main reason I joined because it really works with my schedule. My only complaints so far is I think cleanings should be performed more often than they are currently. Not entirely because of the pandemic but because the bathroom (women's bathroom, in this case) has not been cleaned in a week and it's absolutely disgusting and no paper towels to dry your hands. I also wish there was a bit more floor space for floor exercises but I totally understand since the place is already pretty small as it is. I'd give this place 5 stars if it weren't for how disheveled and dirty it is. I wish there were half stars because I would technically give it a 4.5. The actual equipment needs to be bit tidied up as well. I do what I can on my part to keep it organized and clean. The actual equipment itself is pretty clean and everything I've used so far works!

I wouldn't say this is the best gym around, but it has what I need to get a good workout. It can get very crowded making it hard to get a workout in at times. Some of the equipment should have some maintenance done. And some of the people who go there should understand that others are also working out. Some like to sit on the equipment and not do anything. Weights are usually never put away. I give this place really a 3.5 but thats not an option.

I am in the area working for the next few months and gotta say these guys roll out the red carpet. I started membership online but Keith dropped off my after hours key at my hotel before I checked in so I could workout in the morning.

We were in town on a business trip staying at the local hotel across the street. The hotel gym was terrible. :( we cam across the street and the owner hooked us up big time with a 3 day pass! Coolest guys ever! If you are looking for a great gym for very cheap go here!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this gym. Being able to come in and out by key card has been awesome for late night workouts, there are types machines you don’t see very often that are effective, overall a great place to get back in shape.

I’ve been looking for a 24 hour type gym forever in Tracy. And finally I found All City Fitness and I haven’t turned back. Gym access is open whenever you need how can you complain with that? Keith & Rod are REALLY cool people, really feels like a family in there.

Great gym! Absolutely love the environment. Ive had a membership at a few gyms here in Tracy and overall this is my favorite! Very clean, staff is super helpful and the members are all pretty great too. No matter what level of fitness you’re at, there is something here for everyone.

All City is a very well maintained, clean and friendly gym, with 24/7 access which makes it the greatest factor in deciding which type of gym to choose from! The staff is always helpful and quick to reply to any questions or concerns.
I’ve been a customer for about 3 months and have not had a problem, and it is usually well dispersed in the late afternoon so you get plenty of time to use weights and machines freely.

I have had a membership here for about 8 months and I still love it. The gym is open 24 hours so it allows me to go whenever is most convenient for me. It is a smaller gym but it has all of the essentials and there aren’t many people in there at once making it roomy. The owners of the gym are very easy going and personable. I have never had a problem with this place and nor do I expect to in the future. If I do, I know the owners will do everything they can to help me out as soon as possible. Highly recommended gym!

I visited this gym today with a buddy of mine. This gym has great energy! Right away the staff greeted us & explained the set up. The gym was equipped with everything I needed to get a solid workout in after being away for months due to COVID-19.

All City fitness is an absolute gem!! It’s clean and quite , with a great vibe and atmosphere. The fact that’s it’s open 24/7 just puts the icing on the cake. When you can combine affordability and dependability, that ultimately just translates into a high quality experience. This gym is a great 24 hidden gem! They just opened by the mall. The big gyms like Fit republic, Inshape, and planet fitness in Tracy are always too crowded, have young teens hogging machines, or are a social breeding ground for people. If you want to come into a welcoming atmospheric gym that gives you the tools you need to get a great 1 hour workout, this is the place. Great and friendly owners always make you feel welcomed!
