Here goes:
About two months ago I was
suffering from considerable pain and discomfort in my left shoulder. Luckily I decided to speak to Daniel about it and agreed to sign-up for four hour long training sessions.
Over the course of our time together, Daniel showed me approximately ten different exercises that addressed my shoulder problem. Upon completion of my first session, I started to feel some relief. By the end of my fourth session, my shoulder pain was 90% gone. Now, two months later, I have no pain at all. I usually do a number of the exercises that Daniel recommended several times a week.
It is important to note that in addition to teaching me what to do to ease my pain, Daniel explained in great detail the science behind his recommendations as well as his overall fitness philosophy. A truly positive experience in all respects.

Daniel Took me through a process for identifying muscles weakness, then recovery, build strength, and finally performance and agility, with the goal to get me healthy and back into competition ASAP, after a hamstring and two quadriceps bad strains. And with the goal to prevent future muscle injury.

Systemically he tested and identified muscles pain location and degree that limit strength performance. We then baseline strength tested all major muscle groups. From this he then developed workouts and maintenance routines, to balance out strength and flexibility needed for my sports: pickleball tournaments, beach volleyball and surfing. Once foundational strength was established, he was then able to prescribe workouts to increase speed and agility performance.

He is one of the top trainers of the 10+ that I have hired over the years.
He has developed a remarkable program for improving athletic performance, muscle injury recovery, and developing strength and agility, to get back out back on the court for tournaments. For me this was a 3 month program. Thanks Daniel!

I’ve worked with several trainers over the years, but Daniel Ledbetter is on a completely different level. After two surgeries on my right knee from a motorcycle accident—one from the injury itself and the second due to lack of proper muscle development—I honestly didn’t think I’d ever feel fully stable again.

From day one, Daniel did something no one else had done: he identified exactly which muscles and tendons around my knee weren’t firing correctly and created a plan specifically to fix the imbalance. He didn’t just give me generic exercises; he pinpointed the weak links and showed me targeted movements I had never seen before. Where do I start talking about Daniel? I met Daniel because I had inquired about joint injections for chronic shoulder pain. The person said "have you done everything else, especially mobility?" I was hesitant to believe that anything could help and wanted to just get rid of the pain. I went ahead and met with Daniel for 5 sessions.  As a doctor myself, It was very clear to me during the first session that Daniel KNOWS what he is talking about. We did several intense stretching exercises that I had never done before. I always did short stretches which apparently did almost nothing. He taught me proper technique and duration to activate muscle groups and create inherent strength in the muscles. More importantly, he taught me how to how to do rolling mobility. By deep tissue rolling, releasing muscle fascia tension, my range of motion increased and my pain dramatically decreased. For the next four sessions, we focused on different muscle groups doing more stretching exercises and proper strength training as well as always rolling out tense areas.  It has been several months now since I worked directly with Daniel, and using his lessons, I am much stronger, pain free, faster and more effective in the gym. The key is learning the technique and then maintaining mobility weekly to monthly as he teaches you.  The guy is super knowledgeable and lives and breathes this stuff! Can't recommend him enough.
