Alloy Rossmoor has great trainers who really know how to support and guide us with proper form, technique, mindful movement, and modifications when needed. The environment is supportive, fun, and friendly. After almost a year with Alloy, I feel stronger and fitter. I know Alloy's method works without punishing or being hard on our bodies. I look forward to every session!

I joined Alloy a few months ago and it has been amazing. The trainers are so supportive and skilled and working out in a small group setting with other folks over 40 is great! The trainers are always offering tips to modify the exercises so no matter what level of fitness you are at, you can do it! I’ve already noticed I’m getting stronger.

I love working out at Alloy in Walnut Creek! The classes consist of a maximum of six people per class and we rotate around and do six stations. Every day the exercises change, but they are all great strength building workouts. The trainers are amazing, and really goods about working with you if you have any injuries or weaknesses that you were dealing with. They always find other options for you to work out the muscles that are being targeted that day. Highly recommend you visit Alloy!

I have enjoyed going to Alloy Fitness for the last 6 months. The staff is very friendly and the trainers are excellent. I like the small personalized classes and that the weights are all set up for me in advance. Each day we do sets of different exercises, so it never gets old. The trainers are always able to modify for injuries and know how to tweak any movement to be more beneficial. I am happily sore every week. I feel much better since going to Alloy.

Simply put, a great experience! My wife and I have been members for 6 months and have greatly benefitted from the personalized workouts. The small group lessons work out well and I love the variety of different workouts. But what really makes this place special are the trainers. We primarily work out with Zander who is amazing! Clarice and Sherrae are also amazing!

I can not say enough positive things about Alloy! I am enjoying the workouts and feel like I am finally doing something proactive for my health. The trainers are excellent and adapt the workouts to fit your needs and or capabilities. Given I am on the older side of life 🤣 it really helps me feel successful. It’s a warm up, workout and cool down. An hour well spent!

Alloy has a smart approach. Each workout is six exercises - and they are always different. Zander is an effective, attentive trainer. The equipment is modern, the approach is adaptable, and the vibe is friendly. Clients range from new to workouts to veterans. Recommended.

Waited to post til I had done 3 sessions - great consistent coaching and support. I would not do weight training without someone to check form and the small group concept is excellent for that at a price that is significantly less than private coaching. Also love that it's whole body, including core and balance.

i do not workout. never ever liked it. last time i even attempted was 30 years ago. i joined alloy b/c time has caught up with me as i approach 60. need more muscle mass to support these aging bones! i knew i need more than a gym membership. i needed an ally to keep me engaged and coming back and who could help me learn the various exercises/routines and to help me feel more comfortable. i have found alloy to be the perfect ally! its only been a few weeks, but so far its been great. note: i perhaps kick and scream my whole way there and during the training, but im doing it. im working hard and im coming back. i’m certain if i had joined another gym i would have thrown in the towel by now. my husband joined with me (who has a whole other gym membership somewhere else) to help encourage me and he finds the workouts challenging and feels it’s improving his balance and core strength.
Have only met and worked with Clarice and Sherrae and they both are amazing.

I first heard about Alloy Personal Training from FaceBook. The ad interested me because I have osteoporosis and although I have been on medication, the only way to prevent bone loss by building new bone is through resistance exercise. I have tried doing exercises on my own and have purchased some equipment but I often don't stay motivated long enough to keep it going. For me, working with a personal trainer who understands my abilities and can target my exercises to my goals has been immensely helpful. The trainer I have worked with at Alloy has been fantastic. He keeps me motivated with positive encouragement and makes it fun. I also appreciate how he can fine tune my movements to make sure I am getting the most out of an exercise without injury. So far, the experience has been completely positive and I can highly recommend Alloy for whatever your personal fitness goals may be.
