Training with Randy Maldonado over the past several months has been nothing short of incredible. The changes I have experienced, both physically and mentally, have exceeded my expectations. It's been a year since I started training with Randy 100% recommended. At first I had no idea about exercising but Randy has taught me how to work on my goal and also with my nutrition. Started training with Randy back in 2019, as he was currently leading a group training with a few people I knew. They highly recommended him and I can honestly say I was very new to weightlifting/fitness training, so I was a little skeptical at first. I met with him for the initial assessment and we went over my goals, and what he recommends to get there. Since then, his group training workouts have greatly helped my overall lifestyle. I’ve been able to reach my goal weight and have gained muscle mass. He has also helped me learn how to properly exercise and how to effectively build on that mind-muscle connection. Randy is a trainer that cares about his clients and will continuously follow up with you outside the gym to make sure you’re staying on track with your personal journey; He helps you reach the goals you set for yourself. I’ve had the pleasure of training with Randy for the past couple of months, again and I can confidently say that it’s been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. Randy is one of the best personal trainers I have trained with; I trained back with him when he started the training groups in 2017. It was my first time training and it was a great experience. I really enjoy the group setting; I meet some amazing people because of it, who are still part of my life today. The group setting makes it fun! I feel like I am just hang out with a group of friends all while working out after a longer day of work. I went back to training with Randy after having two children (2024). Followed him to a new gym and I am glad nothing has changed but the location. He does an assessment before you start and makes sure to discuss any medical restrictions. He is always willing to help even when you are not training, provides daily workout you can do on your own. Even though, he makes it fun he also motivates you to achieve your goals. Keeps you accountable! He will text you 10 mins before if he does not see you already warming up at the gym, he will also call you if needed (LOL). I recommend him to anyone trying to start his or her fitness journey. I have learned alot about weight lifting, stretching, eating clean, and the importance of sleep. Thank you Randy!
