I absolutely loved today’s CrossFit class! The workout was challenging but motivating, and the coach guided us through every movement with great energy. What I enjoy the most is the amazing atmosphere — everyone is so supportive. As a mom, I also love that my son enjoys going with me, which makes the experience even more special. Today I had the opportunity to work with coach Zhangchi for crossfit, I enjoyed class very much. I have been struggling with my form since I got back from medical leave. Today coach Zhangchi shared some tips on how to do my push-ups with out putting to much weight on my arms but more on the chest. Would totally suggest to come and check it out. The coaches here are all great, and supportive. They will push you, even though you've thought you've had enough they know you can push yourself a little harder. Best place to be at for your mentally and physical health.

I joined the legs and core class. It was challenging with great exercises. If I’m not contemplating why I joined the class then it was a waste of time. I go 5 days a week and they offer personal training as well all for affordable prices. Now to some people you hear crossfit and run the other way but no matter where you are at physically anyone can do these workouts and be supported by others who want to see you win. I’ve been a member of the AlphaUno gym for a few years now, both my kids and I love to attend Rodneys classes. He knows the right amount of pressure to add to make you push your limits mentally and physically. A few weeks ago I traveled to Guatemala to say my goodbyes to my grandmother and take care of her for a week. This involved heavy lifting on my part by moving her body, lifting her, rotating her and I was able to do this with ease. I have to thank Rodneys classes for making me this strong and feel secure in myself during difficult situations. Rodney and Veronica of Alpha Uno deserve a 10! My son had his first session today with the Alpha Pups. watching him have so much fun while learning agility and friendly competition is exactly what I wanted for him. They offer different packages, depending on your needs, plus one free tryout session. One of the parents was sharing her child’s experience with me on the immense social emotional confidence she has witnessed in her child since joining the program. That statement alone helped seal the deal for me plus Saturdays they offer a 9am Parent/child session and they do offsite competitions that the Alpha Pups can participate in. The families of Inglewood needed a place like this. We are definitely happy to have found this place.

During pandemic I tried several gyms but I ended up being there three months and leave every time. I came across Alpha uno and honestly I am very glad I did, because I have never looked back. i've been working out with rodney for one year and it's been absolutely amazing! he knows how to push you harder and motivate you when you want to give up. i have been to 3 other gyms, and i have more of a difference here than i have with all the other gyms put together! from someone who couldn’t do a single burpee, bear crawl, etc., i look forward to every workout because i know it will have been feeling tired and accomplished. definitely love alpha uno athletics! definitely recommend if you are looking for a challenging workout and confidence builder !
