A great facility without judgement. Enough equipment that you’re not waiting around too long for a machine and diverse so you hit most spots physiologically. The food really is tasty with grab and go options for breakfast lunch and dinner for a busy but health conscious lifestyle. The locker room is well kept and the bathrooms are impeccably clean. Mike is so patient and kind, instructing my son as a personal trainer. Overall, my experience here as the first gym my family has attended is extremely positive and I highly recommend that if you took the time to read this review, you should go check it out!! 🫶🏽

I love this gym.
The vibe is very chill. Everyone who is there is there to workout and do their own thing.
The staff is kind and helpful.
Very low-key, just the energy field I was looking for.
I come from years of working out at Chuze and then switched to 24 Hour Fitness and I was hesitant for too long to come check this gym out and now I'm kicking myself I didn't do it sooner because I love it!
It has all the workout equipment for strength training. A range of cardio machines.
Honestly so stoked I found my new happy place!

Had a hicup with my credit card and it affected my auto pay. Got a call from some company they use to collect, I explained my situation and isurred them it would be taken care of. 2 days later another call from the same place indicating my card didnt go through, called the card company .....all good, used the card to make sure. The next day another call from "Sugarland Texas" at 6:00 am in a dead sleep after a 16 hour day prior, "you need pay your bill, card no go through.....I'm supposed to be nice???? Called Alpine Fitness, been a member for over 2 years been there 1 time, its time to canel my membership, I called and the girl said I needed to come in to do so, I asked her name and she said her name doesn't matter, asked if I could cancel via e-mail....she said "NO!" So I took a work break and drove to the gym, the girl asked if she could help me, I gave her my name and she immediatly went for the canecelation form, down under the counter in one of many drawers opened to find them. This girl was wearing a nude color tight tight tight shorts with a tight tight tight top........the way she was moving around to get the form was as if she was putting on a performence, her outfit left very little to the imagination, I thought I had died and gone to "Cheeta's" I felt like I should tip her,quite the show
I left with a picture of my cancellation form and headed home only to get yet another call from dnky dnky dow, wanting my payment.
I must admit, this gym is very nice,and the show is good!

I always have a great experience. I have known the owner close to 30 years. Great place to work out. Super clean. Love this place. If you need a personal trainer. Mike the owner is the best. I also purchase their chicken burritos and lean body bowl. Great dietary foods. They have a great menu.

I use West Coast Eye Care which is located here. They did my first cataract surgery a little over two years ago, and they are doing my other eye Feb. 2020.
