I had the pleasure of training with Alana as my personal fitness trainer, and I can confidently say that she exceeded all my expectations. Alana is an outstanding PT - a very bright spirit, highly supportive and very savvy about the body. Her knowledge of body mechanics and how to maximize the use of weights to strengthen weaknesses are on point. She keeps the bar high to challenge, while respecting limitations if/when they occur. I am a true "elder" - - aging out in my upper 70s, complete with stenosis and scoliosis and every session is responsive to my body, strengthening, and great fun. Great work, Alana!
