I've been a dedicated student of Alexis for over 8 years, and I truly believe her expertise is unmatched. You can depend on every single class featuring precise alignment, a constantly rotating series of exercises, and never-ending progression and growth. The vibe is serene yet serious, with a bit of a dancer’s mentality. There are no mic’d-up instructors, and the music is sincerely good.

With Alexis, you can expect a challenging yet weirdly enjoyable workout tailored to your needs, whether you're a beginner or a veteran. I’ve been practicing Pilates for over 18 years in NYC, SF, and LA, and I sincerely believe you won't find a better instructor.

Her commitment to excellence can be felt in every session. If I even try out another studio, I’m just disappointed because it’s never the level of difficulty and diversity I’ve come to expect from Alexis. I cannot recommend her enough.

Alexis is an incredible Pilates teacher. I’m a dentist and dentistry can be extremely hard on the body. Alexis’s knowledge of anatomy and Pilates has allowed me to stay strong and prevents injuries. I strongly recommend her!
