Andrew is THE BEST. I'd never had a personal trainer, he was my 1st experience with personal training and it superseded all my expectations. During my training session with Andrew, he was 1000% positive and encouraging the entire time. He asked lots of questions, not just giving directives, always making sure I felt confident and clear about what we were doing.
