We have 2 kids in classes a 7 year old boy and 14 year old girl they both love it ,it is great to watch the coaches work with them as you can see their experience and professionalism. I went to the gym for a trial run. The energy here was fantastic, and there were so many people. I love the vibe!

The coach, Anthony, held pads for me and provided excellent tips and feedback on small variations to improve my striking. It felt like a masterclass.
