I'm Matty, a dedicated personal trainer with decades of experience in helping individuals reach their fitness goals. Whether you're an athlete aiming to enhance performance or someone looking to improve overall health, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Starting your journey to a healthier life and staying active involves more than just hitting the gym; it’s about combining personal training, diet and nutrition, and rehabilitation into a comprehensive approach. Each of these elements is essential and can be your starting point, no matter where you are right now. My son Thomas has been working with Matt for the last year, it has been a wonderful experience and we have seen the results! I couldn’t recommend this more for competitive junior tennis players, Matt keeps it incredibly fun but pushes Thomas every week.

Matty is the best trainer and he truly does pick each session and each individual exercise to what the athlete needs. He works with whatever kinks you might have and will be with you every step of the way. With all of the trainers I have gone to, I will still pick Matty over every single one of them. Because of him, my vertical increased 4 inches in just a few months! Matty is not only a great trainer but a great person to be around and will make every single person feel loved and cared about.

Matty has been an unbelievable trainer in the year I’ve worked with him. I came to him in the summer before my wedding with a goal of trimming down while gaining muscle, more body recomposition than cut, and got the results I wanted and more!

My program had 4x workouts a week with customized lifts and cardio. The workouts were tailored to my needs and Matty was incredibly adaptable based on my workout results, body wear/tear, form concerns, or schedule disruptions caused by work/travel.

I cut way more weight than an I expected while continuing to get stronger and grow good muscle mass. Maybe more importantly, I didn’t have any injuries (the gains killer!) throughout the entirety of my workout program.

I don’t have and official before/after to show off results (partially because I’m still training with him so there is no “after”) but here is a picture in my tuxedo at a friend’s wedding and the same tux (with heavy alterations) at my own.

10/10 would recommend Animal Farm Fitness.
