I really enjoyed this pilates studio — it’s very clean, beautifully designed, and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are extremely professional and attentive, making class effective and enjoyable. A wonderful place to practice Pilates and feel inspired!

Absolutely stunning Pilates studio! It’s beautiful, pleasant, and spotless - the aesthetics make the workout so much more enjoyable. Everything about my experience was great, and I’ll definitely be returning. The only small tip I’d offer is to either lower the music during class or adjust the microphone volume, as it can get staticky and make it hard to hear and understand the instructor. Otherwise, I loved every single thing and will be recommending this place to all my friends :)

Anodetome is truly the definition of perfection when it comes to Pilates studios. The space is incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and radiates a calm, welcoming energy that instantly puts you at ease.

After taking Sol’s class, my friend and I immediately decided to make this our home studio — and we’ve never looked back. Sol is an amazing instructor who brings such intention and detail to every session. She challenges you in the best way possible, and her cues and guidance are always spot-on.

I’ve tried several Pilates studios and instructors in the past, but I never felt like I got a real workout — until I found Sol. Her classes are effective, empowering, and leave you feeling stronger every time. If you’re looking for a studio that blends great energy, thoughtful instruction, and a stunning atmosphere, Anodetome is it.

Anodetome is a true gem in Orange County! There are plenty of studios around, but none come close to the level of care, detail, and overall experience this place delivers. The studio is stunning, the team is incredible, and then there’s Sol…an absolute standout.

Sol is hands down the best instructor I’ve ever had. Her class flow, ability to teach progressions effortlessly, and overall vibe are just on another level. There are people who teach, and then there are true instructors, Sol is the real deal and a rare find. Ashlee is a gem as well! Only two instructors I take at Anodetome.

She’s one of the main reasons I signed up for a membership. I go 2–3 times a week, and if she taught more, I’d be there even more. I couldn’t recommend Anodetome (and Sol!) more highly.

What a great experience. Nina the owner has out done herself. She has thought of every details to ensure the aesthetic of the studio is top notch. The staff even cleans all of the reformers after each use. Her instructors are very experienced and do a great job of helping those who are newbies. I highly recommend giving Anodetome a try.

This came up as a new studio when I was googling pilates studios in the area. I’ve taken 3 classes here so far and both instructors were super nice and helpful!. Plenty of parking also!
