Another Level Fitness is a private gym that utilizes a phase program, also known as periodization training. Key word is long-term! Phase program is a systematic workout plan that divides training into several distinct, shorter blocks, or "phases". Each phase is designed to achieve a specific goal, such as building muscular endurance, increasing muscle size (hypertrophy), or maximizing strength. Most importantly, this structured approach helps prevent plateaus, reduces the risk of overtraining, prevent injuries and keeps your body challenged in new ways. We want you to achieve long term weight management.

I trained with Jessie for four+ years and he was beyond wonderful. He walks you through everything, helps you build your baby steps, and makes you feel confident. He truly listens to your concerns and always works around any injuries or body limitations. He never makes you feel bad about yourself. He becomes both your trainer and your therapist!!
I am beyond grateful for the experience he gave me. He helped me with my body and my soul because when I first started training with him, I was struggling with depression, but he still managed to keep me coming in every single day!
Now I live over a hundred miles away and I’m still struggling, but I cannot wait to get back. He didn’t just train my body, he trained my mind, and I will always be grateful for that.
If you live close by and you’re not coming to this gym and this program, you are truly missing out on this GEM!

I LOVE LVL!!! Coach Jessie and Coach Carlos are AMAZING coaches! I’ve been struggling with getting back into the gym since the city opened up after COVID. With their coaching, I discovered a gym routine that turned into a lifestyle. Their guidance helped me train my mind and my body for longevity.
Losing the weight was just a bonus!
The 1:1 training with Coach Jessie and Coach Carlos are the BEST!!! If you’re just training to get stronger, breaking a plateau or getting back into soccer, baseball, running, etc then they are your go to!

AL is my safe heaven. I’m so blessed to be part of this family. It prepared me to gain strength in the years to come. I’ve started 2 years ago and I’ve gain muscle and lost fat. My legs, arms and stomach has decreased in size. I started at size 12 and now wearing size 8. Although my weight seems to maintain 165 lbs my clothes are looser. Jessie has worked on mobility, strength trading and weighs. He reset our mind 3 times a week which bleeds through me on a daily bases. Every time I have to bend down, or lift, I am reminded of his teaching and training techniques and put those to practice to prevent any injuries as I grow older. I’m turning 60 in a week and proud that I feel like I’m 30. My strength is stronger than it’s ever been. Two years ago I could not lift more than 25-30 lbs and now I’m proud to be able to lift more than 100lbs using my leg and stomach muscles. As long as I’m alive, I will never quit this gym. I recommend you to join. You will not regret it. You will not get the one on one training AL offers. Plus your bonus is creating a family that loves and cares for you!

I’ve been here since April 2025 and being here has helped me push me beyond my limits with good measure. I've tried other fitness coaches and although they're fast paced, at Another Level Fitness form takes priority to limit any injuries and strive for longevity. I highly recommend this gym to not only feel stronger physically, but mentally. Period.

I’ve been training with Jessie for over seven years, and it’s been an incredible journey. From our early days of personal training sessions to his time working at other gyms, and now watching him build and grow his own gym, I’ve seen his dedication firsthand every step of the way.
Jessie has trained me through two pregnancies, always adapting to my changing needs and helping me stay strong, confident, and safe. Postpartum, he guided me back to strength, both physically and mentally. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care set him apart from anyone I’ve ever trained with.
LVL Gym isn’t just a place to work out, it’s a community. The people I’ve met there have become friends I now celebrate life’s big moments with, from weddings and birthdays to baby showers and everything in between. That kind of environment only exists because of Jessie. He truly is the heart and soul of his gym.
