I can't say enough good things about Anthony and his gym. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and supportive as a trainer, and he makes sessions fun and challenging. The gym is also great - super clean, well-equipped and has a comfortable vibe. Highly recommend ASF if you’re in the market for a new training spot!

I recently trained with Anthony and had a great experience! The vibe was motivating yet still super relaxed, with no pressure to perform—just solid guidance and support. Anthony really knows his stuff when it comes to strength training and was super focused on form and technique, modifying exercises on the spot to make sure I was targeting the right muscles. His gym is perfectly set up for 1-on-1 coaching with plenty of equipment. We barely used half of the machines, so I am excited to return and try out new exercise each time. Prior to the workout he offered me coffee and water and even gave me a recovery drink afterward - which I thought was a nice touch. I’d definitely train with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, down-to-earth trainer who can help you improve without making it feel overwhelming. ASF!

If you're looking for a top notch personal trainer in Cole Valley, Anthony is your guy! He really knows his stuff and customizes each workout for YOU and your body. I've learned a lot about my own body after having worked with Anthony for the past year. He's attentive, caring, and proactive in determining how best to utilize our weekly hour together. His Cole Valley studio is filled with natural light, great equipment, and close to Whole Foods and Golden Gate Park. Tell him I sent you;). You and your body will be forever grateful because you'll feel great and motivated after your sessions with Anthony. Motion is lotion!

Anthony helped me get back into fitness and has been great to work with! Patient, flexible, with good spirits and is very knowledgeable. He pays a lot of attention to form and preventing injury, which is great for newbies or people who haven't worked out in awhile. Definitely recommend working with him!

I've been working with Anthony for 6+ months and could not ask for a better trainer. When we started working out, he assessed my personal goals, shared his personal inputs, and tailored a workout plan for me going forward. After our 10 sessions I signed up for coaching through his app which has been a fantastic way for me to keep up the momentum on my own.
Anthony is a great listener and will always make sure to instruct me if I'm ever unsure about new workouts or if I'm feeling like something isn't right with an exercise.
