Great gym! Very knowledgeable owner who is clearly passionate and ready to assist. The machines were all well kept and functional. Everything i needed to get a good workout was readily available. I was even able to get my bodyfat tested! It's refreshing to see real iron weights and dumbbells over 100lbs.

Anytime fitness is a decent place, only option really if you live in Cloverdale and want to go to a gym in town. Has a decent selection of equipment but lacks in bench/squat rack is in my opinion. It’s about $54 a month and open 24 hours a day

One of the only places to workout in Cloverdale. Conveniently located off S. Cloverdale Blvd in ACE Hardware complex, next to Post Office, pharmacy and delicious Zinis diner. Lots of easy free parking out front.

The owner cheats you out of membership fees when you try and cancel your membership. Then he changes the rules when you actually do follow through on trying to cancel your membership. Then he threatens to send your account to collections, even though my wife and I have long ago moved out of state and haven’t been there since well before the pandemic.

Impossible to get a reliable number to contact staff. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner. Terrible communication.
When I expressed the need to cancel my membership, staff gave me little to no information on how to do so successfully, and continued to take funds from my account because I hadn't signed a piece of paper saying my reasonings for cancelling. And if that's not sneaky enough they're trying to charge me for the next 30 days following my cancellation.

This is a great gym. Easily the best anytime fitness in the area. Not only do they have all the machines you need but they also have a plate loaded hack squat machine as well as a plate loaded leg press which most others do not. Their dumbbells also go up to 140lbs which are also hard to find. They did a good job handling the pandemic by keeping the gym clean and keeping masks mandatory.

Been going to this gym for more than 4 yrs now and never been disappointed! Really appreciated them being adamant with the covid precautions these past few months, it made the gym more safe and comfortable during the pandemic.

The gym is 24/7, has everything you need and the staff is friendly. I signed up right before COVID and was pleased with how they handled the pandemic closure and reopening. Tanning is nice as well.

Worst gym I've ever been to. Limited equipment terrible customer service. Both times Ive tried a membership here It lead to a terrible end. Constant over charging if you want out. Nickel and dime you for half a gym if you can call it that. Never again.

Great gym that serves all my weight training needs. Manager stays on top of issues, other members are very courteous, and given the size of Cloverdale, a pretty impressive resource (and clean!). I used to work out at UCSF in SF, which is enormous and world class, but honestly, I'm perfectly content with what's on offer here. One request: a pull up bar a petite woman can reach??

Went to this gym and key fob system was broken. Other members standing outside couldn’t get in having same issue. Transferred to Santa Rosa gym way cleaner and better equipment.

Closed at 11 a.m. on Friday. A note from Ups on the door. Knocked and a rude man came to the door, only to tell me he wouldn't help me. I only wanted to give him my money for a membership. He closed the door in my face and wouldn't come back.
Called the Windsor location to see if they could help me. Got hung up on. I won't recommend anytime fitness to anyone!

Horrible Customer service! The guy working in the office is rude and dismissive. Not much of a "thinker" , if you know what I mean. Horrible, horrible experience. I left angry. Also, the place is filthy. Too bad, it doesn't have to be like this.

Great place! As a traveler on a road trip around the US, I`ve seen my share of Anytime Fitness facilities, and this ranks up in the top tier. You really get a lot for the membership. I appreciated the wide-range of equipment and the cleanliness of the gym and shower facilities. Members were willing to provide a spot, the staff was friendly and helpful, and also gave local insights to the town. Finally, Brandon really went the extra mile in helping me recover a lost item ... very thankful! Can`t give enough praise.
