They discriminate against homeless people. Im nice. I'm clean, I come in the night to not bother any one, and yet I'm not allowed in without any real valid reason. I'm sickened by their attitude and the things put on me despite doing nothing. Nothing any other mentally unstable people has done should have any effect on me. Absolutely sickening. Reading some of the other reviews I can see a pattern. Don't use this gym.

I really enjoy working out here. The gym is like new and is so clean! The equipment is all new. It’s just so nice inside. They have an outdoor turf for sprints/lunges outside. The owner is so kind. Evan, my son’s trainer is the best of the best. I appreciate a place to go workout that has good, positive supportive vibes.

Lots of kids and high school kids without guardians misusing equipment and yelling inside the gym. Not a great environment when you’re trying to focus on your workout. Parents treat it like a daycare and management doesn’t approach the problem. Would not recommend.

I don't post reviews, I don't like it. This warranted a review. I have been going to multiple gyms at one time for a while now. But I cancelled my membership a year ago. I was browsing reviews just now for another gym, and I came back here, I saw a person who cancelled their gym membership like me, but was still charged... So I went back on my card's history, I noticed I was charged an extra period of time AFTER I cancelled my membership for over a month. It did not re-occur, thus why I haven't since noticed. Except, I am disputing this charge with my card company and get their investigation team involved, because this was done through a manager of the location. I don't suggest this place ONLY because they don't know how to press the correct buttons on their system. Thank god they don't work for the military, they might accidentally try to use a radio, ending up sending a ballistic missile into the middle of the ocean causing a worldwide issue with how they use their systems. Also, I left this place for a reason about a similar reason, they didn't get me good enough records for me to track my finances, clearly they failed their high school economics courses, even while they probably cheated on them as well... Sorry for my irritation, I just don't understand how you can't figure out how to train people AND MANAGERS to do the job you are paying them for... I certainly wouldn't let that fly for my company.

I rode by this place on my bike one day, at the rosevile location. I decided I should workout again, and this place seemd to fit the bill. So I signed up at the Granite Bay location, as some of me best friends live over near there, and its closer to the lake to enjoy when i over there. I have been there for almost a year about now, it is a nice place to hang out and lift some weights. Theres always a few people there the time i head over there. SOMETIMES there are some people to help me when I needs it, which is nice, but I haven't had much change in what my goal was to be. I wish I could figure out what I were doing wrong to get to my goal faster, but this is still an okay place. The reason this is a two star review, is that this is a pain in the hoohah to get to when you are on a bike, cause the roads to get here are terrible. But I didn't forget, my access to the area sometimes dont work to get in the places, but that seems to have been fixed, but ill see after the rain lets up just a little in a couple weeks, but until then I can't update that. I might figure it out. If things get badder for me, I will try to figure this out on updating this review. I wish they sold some better snacks too, I don't like going to the store on my way.

I have been treated nicely here for a while, but recently these folk just don't care about doing their job and just seem to emit a negative energy. I would suggest find another place to workout, a lot of nearby places that would do the trick, and do it far better than here. I don't know why anybody would have to judge people at a gym, OF ALL PLACES...

Joined the gym and four months later needed to cancel. Called Loren and left message stating I need to cancel and asked how I can do that. Next day I receive a call and he states he will put my 30 day cancellation from the date I called to cancel. Fast forward 40+ days and I've been charged twice when my membership was suppose to be cancelled! I've called Loren three times and he won't return my phone call. Now I'm having Anytime Fitness mailing me late fees for the my membership that was supposed to be canceled. Do not join here at all. Spend the 45$ a month at another gym that has much better amenities and customer service.

Elegant, well appointed, and spacious, this is not your father's Anytime Fitness. The franchise takes a significant leap into the luxury and resort fitness model of Lifetime Fitness with this friendly club. The development within which this unique facility operates could be cast in Beverly hills, and the restrooms might be mistaken for posh country club powder rooms. Yea, iz really nice.

Loren (owner) is super helpful and offers the best customer service. His Anytime facility is the cleanest and best that I've visited. I'd appreciate another squat rack, but I can't complain since it has an entire extra room for video trainings. Overall, two thumbs up.

Update: I've now been to 3 different Anytime locations and this one hands down has the cleanest facility and the best customer service.

Friendly gym owner courteously allowed my uncle to bring me to workout for free just for a day. Facility is nice, clean, and has a feel like home vibe to it. Complimentary towels too (not sure if it is common in the area but where I'm from you have to pay for the towels so that was nice).
