We tried to cancel our membership few months ago but the owner never answer the phone , we made an appointment she never called back. She denied to talk . This place is trash, now she wants us to pay 1400 for canceling our membership . 1400 for me and another 1400 for my husband also she send our account to credit union. don’t recommend this place they just want to take all your money. Cancel membership it’s a nightmare. They charge 100 for canceling membership but denied to see their customers so they prefer to send you to credit union to get more money.

Was told I was not allowed to work out with family. They did not allow me to help my wife and neice workout, even though I was paying for their membership under my account. They insisted they would help them and not me. I spoke with one of the employees and came to a conclusion it was not going to work out. The anytime fitness manager and I agreed to terminate all three of our accounts and I returned to 24 hour fitness after the red teir opened up. I'm currently at 24 hour working out with my family.
