Just started going to this gym and it's amazing! Very small and quaint, just the perfect amount of people maybe 1-3 or at most 5-6. It the perfect gym for someone with a busy life and needs 24 hour fitness availability, but also for those who have a strict schedule and for those who only have so much time during the day to come in it will always fit your needs.

1. The first day I used my membership the stair climber was broken. It had no sign indicating it was broken. I found out when it abruptly stopped on me and my momentum pushed me forward almost falling. I told the staff on duty and they told me it was undergoing repairs, and they’d let me know when it’s fixed if they see me. A couple months later, both stair climbers are broke and still no sign on the machine. It’s hazardous because it will start then abruptly slow down with no warning. They need to replace these with better machines, and they need to put signs on broken equipment.

2. If I go later at night there are larger amounts of teenagers there, which is fine if they were all working out. However, I’ve had several instances where young couples would be sitting on the equipment and each others laps on their phones for long periods of time or several people crowding around one person who was working out. The gym is not that big and they don’t have doubles of most of the equipment except cardio. It would be great if the staff monitored this type of activity and talked to patrons to keep the integrity of the gym atmosphere.

3. It’s been about 50/50 chance that there will actually be cleaning solution in the bottles. Would be great if the staff left extra bottles out since they’re only around during certain times of the day.

Giving the gym 1 star. For the cost, this gym is twice the price of the EOS gym I used to go to before moving here with a fraction of the floor space and equipment, and the equipment isn’t as nice as my old gym. I started going here because it’s close to home which allows me to go before and after work, but I’m going to start looking at other options again.

Editing my previously positive review. I am permanently disabled, and even with doctors notes I could not get out of this membership. BEWARE they will not let you out of your membership no matter what. Even when provided a doctors note (per the agreement) they continue to charge me. STAY AWAY!

Kelly is misleading and was not honest when I signed up!! I told her I was moving in 5-6 months when I signed up! Told her I was going to the other one in my new state. She said no problem all you need to do is let them know. It was so hard to get out of contract. I explained to Kelly that I left and will be going to the Anytime where I am moving to. She kept charging me. The anytime here transferred me here. The manger in Lincoln sent me to collection’s. I kept telling them I am paying but here in my new state. 6 months later she closed my account here and withdrew $450.00 without notice. it messed up my bank account I had over draft fees and payments not go through. Kelly was very dishonest and just trying to get the sign up! I have to mention I tried to go see her before I moved but she wasn’t there or had her door shut in a meeting sign up! I even signed up for a trainer and again Kelly mislead me and charged my account for 2 months without setting up a trainer. I worked out early. Finely was able to come in to talk to Kelly and she said she text me but I never I replied. I told her that isn’t true. Then she said oh, our computer didn’t read your number. Why could she have not then pick up the phone and call me. Very up set. I do not recommend trusting her and get it all in writing when she tells you something. Very disappointed, the new anytime our awesome. Never in the office always out helping, she even explained everything and told me things Kelly never told me. Beware!!!

This gym is horrible right now. It’s 86 degrees inside. Over 100 degrees outside and I feel sick to my stomach working out in this hot gym. Corporate needs to fix this ac it’s been like this all summer ! Absolutely ridiculous

I have been getting calls twice a day every day for the past week and a half from a debt collection agency over a membership I cancelled 5 YEARS AGO. Back then, I called the gym and spoke to the manager on three separate occasions to cancel my month-to-month membership. I was very adamant about never coming back there again. I had to call my bank to stop payments and they still kept coming through so I cancelled my card altogether. Now, apparently, I owe them over $630 and I am in negotiations with the debt collection agency to get this disputed. This is a predatory business. Avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this gym! After many attempts over the years of trying to cancel my membership, via email, over the phone, and in person, the only way to actually have them stop is by calling the bank. But yet they still charge you to cancel your membership even after the contract have been OVER for years! They will sell you your cancelation fee to debt collectors.

Please note that they are not accessible in person even when they are in office. They lock themselves in their rooms in order not speak with you. They make you wait in the waiting area until you are tired of waiting and leave.

Great gym that I find myself having a hard time leaving for any other in the area. Constantly clean, has everything you need to put in the work without all the frills and countless people messing around. Also is managed by a great team that is willing to work with you whenever issues or bumps arise.

I walked in today and met with Araceli and she did an excellent job educating me on what it would take to come back after I left previously due to personal reasons.

She had a bright smile, was personable and made me remember why I love coming here in the first place.

I was concerned by earlier 1-star reviews, so discussed my concern with Kelly in advance and was assured that cancellation will be immediate in case I need it and suggested to sign up for 2 years plan.

Well, I signed up, now I need to cancel, but nobody responds to my emails and they do not pick up my calls. I continue to get charged.
