The gym is fine. I like that it’s never too crowded. It’s always freezing in here though. Feels like the AC cranks 24/7, they have floor fans, ceiling fans, the door open when it’s cold outside etc. It feels like exercising in Siberia. Maybe it’s good if you have high blood pressure but dang this place is cold. Bring your jacket and thick, warm clothes!

My wife and I got to visit this Anytime Fitness while visiting family for the holidays, and we WISH our gym at home was as lovely as this one.
It is incredibly clean, has just about everything you could need for such a modestly sized gym. Nothing broken or out-of-service. Not jammed packed, leaving you waiting 5 minutes for a single piece of equipment. Great spot. If we lived here full time we'd be here just about everyday.

I love this location and all the machines they offer but whenever I go there the blonde lady that works there, maybe manager?? Is always in my personal space.. I was on a machine once and she just comes up and rips a sign off it while I was on it. That couldn’t wait? I understand them wanting to keep the place clean but this lady is always cleaning right where I am trying to work out and getting way too close to everyone which I don’t appreciate so its a bit weird. Other than that I love the atmosphere of the gym.

Sorry to have to leave a one-star review. But the fact that you had no hot water, is unforgivable for a health club. The facility itself was average, but when I went to take a shower, I could not get any warm water, in either shower, even after waiting 10 minutes. So, out of curiosity, I checked the sinks, and found that you had NO hot water, as in the hot water supply was off.

DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT!
Don't sign a contract because if there is a problem you will be sent to a 3rd party that can not cancel and will be wasting your time until they tell you they are a 3rd party and it is a scam to continue collecting your money. Small simple clean gym and convenient and all but definitely overpriced for what it is however doesn't honor the cancellation reasons. Been two months and sent someone to take over and they sold a new membership instead without reaching out. Been over two months and waiting to hear from the boss who is apparently busy and no specific time given to resolve the matter. Can't believe I was routed to a 3rd party who has no authority wasting time for 2 months while they collect their fee in the name of helping... They may get to steal my money for another 2 months but at least I can warn the next person. If you need any extra proof, leave a note and I will show you. Wish me luck recovering the unfair fees collected. Reviews are meant to protect people and as long as they are collecting they are fine but as cancelling for the right reason comes up all bets are off!

What’s GREAT about anytime fitness (Pacific Grove)
is that you can go anytime,,,, Makes since,
you get to use state of the art equipment that is NEW, UPDATED, and in PERFECT working condition, they keep the facility pristine, don’t waste your time/money anywhere else, been there done it.
Staff are knowledgeable and always eager to help. If you travel you get to enjoy their network of facilities thru out the world. I greatly enjoy that benefit. There’s nothing bad to say but ONLY GOOD!’ Remember, when you look good you feel good, Anytime fitness in Pacific Grove definitely meets and WAY exceeded my expectations! Actually, they blew them completely out of the water!!!

I was lucky enough to train with Pedro for almost a year before moving. Pedro knows his stuff and would push me past my comfort zone, while providing encouragement to keep me focused. I find it hard to keep myself motivated but knowing I would be seeing Pedro a couple times a week kept me committed to my fitness goals. I definitely recommend training with Pedro!
