Good Morning, It’s Saturday morning (Nov. 8) and came to the gym looking like this. 2 of the bathrooms were trashed, someone might have done it last night. I’d been trying to call the manager but no luck (only phone recording). Anyone able to tag the manager and notify him what happened? He is usually good when it comes to the cleanliness of the facility whenever he is on shift. Thank you.

Now there is a non-member who is just using the abs-room for her to sleep with no way for members to work-out. Now the gym is turning to be non-functional.

Update: few months back there was a homeless using the facility and made it filthy and smelly as soon as you entered with smoke smell.

Old:Easy to get in get out . The manager Jesse gave me a quick tour honest about everything, I liked he gave me what is the most busiest time. With all the promotions going on, I signed up immediately

Been a member for 2 years now the facility is kept clean, mind you the manger Jesse is a one man show taking care of the whole gym to the best to his ability and having great customer service skills with members. Love the gym glad that it is 24 Hours and the community is great, everyone is in their own zone working out. Would high recommend if you are looking for a 24 hour private gym.

Clean the place up !!! This place is nasty and dirty it fell off bad . Why is there peoples water bottles and clothes in the cabinets and racks been sitting there for months throw them away no body is claiming them ?? What happen to hand sanitizer and the snacks in the snack machine . YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

I scheduled a tour at 10:30am, and recieved confirmation. I was eager to check out the gym and potentially sign up, ready to do my first workout. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked, and there were no staff members on-site. I tried calling multiple times and even left a voicemail, but no one bothered to get back to me to reschedule or apologize for not being there even days later. One of the members who was leaving mentioned that staff is often late, which certainly seemed to be the case when I was there as well. Members are not allowed to let guests enter, so I had to wait outside. Despite their posted hours when staff should be onsite, 10am to 7pm, no one was around, and I ended up waiting for a while before deciding to leave. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to getting back into the gym. Terrible service all around, I was disappointed.

This gym is absolutely disgusting. The same poop stains, mirror stains, dust bunnies, sweat stains and random crustiness on the floors and machines for months. This gym is literally NEVER cleaned. I see the staff vacuum here and there but that is about the extent of how this place is maintained. I don't blame the staff, cleaning is NOT their job. You need to hire a professional cleaning service. It is unacceptable and your gym is unsanitary.

First off to explain their many 5 star reviews they make you give them a 5 star review upon sign up to wave the sign up costs but now after I’ve been going for a few months I’m able to form an opinion. Their machines are run down and when they break or don’t work right they almost never get fixed. The soap dispensers are almost always empty and the general cleanliness is not great. The onsite manager is almost never there so it’s almost impossible to express any concern to them. Last straw for me was the front door is not working and was not letting any members in today. I’ve been to other anytime gyms and this has to be one of the most run down ones I’ve seen. They make you sign a 1 year contract but if their doors and facility are not up to par I feel as though they are not holding up their end of the contract. I really hope this gym can get their place back up to par.

Nice little private gym. It can get crowded though. However, I didn't have to experience it. Avoid coming at busy hours. I managed by coming during odd hours. Very few selection of equipment but I'm able to manage. If you're looking for those muscle bulk gyms, this place isn't it. Gym is clean & friendly staff. It's got fighting gym with cardio space & boxing bag. Only issue was price for what it provides. I gave it 5 stars because I had no issues & was able to manage it for my needs.

Poor choice of equipment. Specifically, kettle-bells. They are all different. You can’t find a pair. And there is no heavy ones. I Addressed this with a management, they could easily purchase a few used nice pairs online, but they did not do anything about it. I will switch the gym eventually.

I’ve been to numerous gyms since moving to California from Planet Fitness to 24hr Fitness and Anytime is by far the most comfortable, clean, safe and welcoming gym that I’ve ever experienced. Doesnt matter if your a beginner or experienced lifter Anytime offers an environment that you can immerse yourself into. Not to mention it’s 24hrs so you can come anytime you’d like and with its secure members only entrance keys you can feel safe knowing the only people there are fellow members. I’ve enjoyed the staff as they’ve always treated me kindly and answered any questions I had regarding my membership. If you’re looking for a convenient yet accommodating gym I guarantee this is the gym you want.

Very clean, pretty small. For the $40 I was getting more at CalFit, but this gym is in my neighborhood, and being able to walk to the gym is nice. It has everything I need, but again, for another $10 a month I could get racquetball, multiple pools, spa, sauna, 10x the equipment, more classes and group training, tanning, childcare, rock wall, and other amenities at CalFit. The staff is nice, but only there during normal daytime hours, I go early enough where there is no staff on duty, there's controlled access to the building using a key fob. I go at odd hours, but the equipment is typically available, they don't seem overly crowded. I will continue to use this gym solely for the convenience, it easily cuts 10-15 minutes out of the time it takes to workout just because of proximity to my home. Plus I get to add a healthy walk to my routine with no additional time added.

Horrible no communication would rather talk to the other employees. Want you to sign up for their challenge when their not ready for their challenge. I was supposed to get a food log/journal at sign up to get NOTHING. It was ordered my second week of class. Went in to be weighed and I was asked if I had been logging my food when I didn’t have what was necessary to LOG. Ridiculous and a joke not to mention they do not have enough weights available for everyone in the class.

This is a pretty small gym. It is priced the same as 24 hour fitness but much smaller much less busy and the people going there seem to be pretty friendly. It is nice that you can go 24 hours a day and its usually not too busy. Plus it is right next to my house.

I have been to over 30 different Anytime Fitness gyms across America. The manager at the Rancho Cordova, CA gym was the most rude manager I have met yet to date. Not only did I not feel welcome at the gym but she was rude to many of the other gym patrons as well. There seem to be a few gym patrons that the manager was nice to, but to many others she was not polite. One time there were a few of us who were stretching in the studio room when she came into the room and told us we had to get out because a class was starting. When someone politely pointed out that the class didn't start until 5:15 pm and it was only 5 pm, she said they had to get the room ready for the class. Her response was curt and not friendly. I stopped patronizing this location and now belong to a competing gym nearby. I recommend to the owner of this Anytime Fitness to either send the manager for additional training or fire her.

I've been to many AFs' and this one is hands down the most cleanly and where I feel the safest. If you have any problems with fellow members or the environment the manager, Michele, takes every step to make sure you feel at home and takes care of the problem. The best thing is that it's a tight run ship which means I don't have to worry about equipment laying around everywhere, if I need something it is always in its place, the bathrooms are sanitary so I feel comfortable changing there after work and people aren't hogging up machines or weights because they are on their phones. I feel safe knowing that you must use your key fob to get in and the guest door remains locked, the cubbies where everyone puts their belongings is close to the guest door and yes the area is safe but things still happen so I like this extra precaution. When someone comes to the door Michele walks up right away and lets them in during office hours, I really like the screening process, I'm not cool with random people just walking in and working out. I think it's comical that she has signs everywhere reminding people of the rules because there are a lot of them but it's crazy how members still do not follow any of them so the more signs the merrier. The membership is inexpensive and I've never had any problems with billing or fees, that's rare when any company uses a third party for taking the automatic monthly payments. I think this club's motto is respect, if you respect the staff and club rules you'll always be welcome.

We are members of the Cave Creek, AZ AF gym and we absolutely love it. We are visiting family in Rancho Cordova, CA so we wanted to use the local AF gym. The guest door was locked even during office hours. The lady working came and unlocked the door but said this door is for guests. I had my fob but my husband left his in AZ so he came through the membership door with me and we went straight to the guest office for him to check in. We were then reprimanded for entering the gym this way. We were not welcomed or treated with respect but rather felt very unwelcome. She went on about how we need to wait outside the door for her to let us in and was very rude. The gym also had makeshift signs taped up all around with obvious gym rules that were almost insulting as a member. Equipment was plentiful but very cramped and poorly organized. We can’t wait to return to our AF at Cave Creek in AZ!

Just moved to the neighborhood. My wife and I went to inquire about joining. We were greeted only after the staff member unlocked the door. In the middle of a Friday afternoon. Beware when signing into a contract as there are hidden fees and the customer service is awful. I have had multiple issues with billing since becoming a member and no one has assisted me. I keep being referred to a third party to handle which is an automated system and very difficult to work with. You can definitely find a better gym in the area with less hassle, similar pricing with likely more amenities, and friendlier service.

Best Anytime Fitness I've ever seen! Michele, the manager, and Kevin, the owner, are absolutely awesome! It's the cleanest gym I've ever been in, has new equipment, has great trainers, and attentive management! I would give six stars if I could. BEST GYM EVER!!!! I am so happy I joined here - it has been a breath of fresh air from the mega-gym experience. PRIVATE BATHROOMS WITH SHOWER, need I say more? EVERYONE there is super nice, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and fun! Nice to go to any state or place 24/7 and just swipe in the front door. Perfect for travel. Seems like they keep adding more equipment and changing things up. This location has all kinds of extra stuff for people into TRX, heavy bag, speed bag, etc. Lots of classes too.

Advertised having a heavy bag. Drove a extra 30 min to use it. According to a off duty staff member the hanging mount broke over a half year ago and it has never been re hung.

If your going to list it as a feature for your gym maintain it or remove it from your locations Web page.

Mike Brahney is a personal trainer at this location. I paid this sleez monthly to train my wife. I discovered after months of paying him for his service he was engaged in an affair with my wife, knowing her marital status. I realize the fault on both sides. It is my personal opinion that he's extremely unprofessional. He has other motives with his female clients.
