I’ve been working out at this particular gym for over a year now. Finally decided to try the out the personal trainer sessions/lessons and buddy let me tell you they didn't disappoint. Jason’s knowledge and approach was great. I learned better form and technique but also was taught a handful of new workouts that could help my back grow. Jason definitely pays attention to your needs. One minute he can be intense and then quickly be zen and praise your hard work while giving you feedback.

I have an appointment with Jason. see attached confirmed appointment. He didn’t call me or text me back. I received the text message 30 minutes before my appointment that I set up online. I can’t go in because I am not yet a member hoping to sign up today however I got stood up no communication whatsoever with him. My time was totally wasted but at the same time this is a good thing because I can go somewhere else where I will get a better service. Thank you, Jason!

I have been a member at this gym since 2014. The staff are friendly and helpful and I like the space. It’s a smaller gym so I feel comfortable working out, and the other members are also friendly. Great gym, would definitely recommend!

Always a great time at Anytime Redlands. great location, always clean, and there's a lot of good equiptment and machines here. Nice mirror room and a punching bag too! There are palm trees to stare at while using the treadmills. Even a table by the snack machine to cool off between sets. Thanks Anytime

Do not go here. They will steal your money, after your year contract is up there’s a reason why it’s a year contract it should be my choice to continue or not they’re just money hungry. I should’ve listened to the reviews. After canceling your membership they do continue to charge you. I signed an agreement of the last payment date and expressed how I am going through financial hardship. Yet, they still continue to charge me weekly after the agreed date. So upset and disappointed.

Decent gym. Open 24 hours which fits for my schedule.

Cons: seen a few too many crickets inside the gym. Gym needs to keep up with equipment. Trying to do some squats and pad for the bar is so worn out and needs replacement.

Pros: 24 hours, decent equipment for the most part, the times i have come it is not packed.

Would be nice if the TV's were upgraded and perhaps allowed users to select what to watch (chromecast solution) or an app interface to change the channel. I dont want to sound spoiled but i think its something the business can do to make this cooler environment.

Also why is the equipment facing the restrooms and not the tv's? Idk just my thoughts.

When I moved to the area from the Bay Area, it has not been a great experience. During the height of the pandemic, I was still getting charged for their services and I had to reach out to them to ask them about it before they finally said they would pause receiving payments until later. Today is past a week of sending texts, leaving voicemails, and sending emails to cancel membership. I have not received any response and the club continued to charge me for services that I have requested to cancel. I have still not received a call back at all. I live in the Bay Area and I have been informed that I have to go to Redlands (where I am no longer based out of) to fill out paperwork to cancel my membership. With all the technology available, I have to go to the branch. This has to be fixed.

I love this gym! They recently did some changes that opened up the gym more. They have all the equipment you could need with a functional turf area, a traditional lifting area, and a good amount of cardio machines. It is always clean and the staff has always been so welcoming. I've also came at many different times and never have problems using the equipment.

I usually don't write bad reviews but this place needs a stay away warning. First off, this is a tiny gym and you have to wait in line to use most of the equipment. My husband tried to cancel his membership, AFTER the one year contract was up. They refused to do so over the phone and made us come in personally. Only for the woman working to be rude and insulting. She made it extremely difficult and argued about why he wanted to cancel. After an awful customer service experience and being charged for the next months membership, that we won't use, we finally got away from that place. I do NOT recommend at all, save your money, time and self respect from having to deal with this place and go elsewhere.

On my travels, this place was great! You can go in, get your workout on, and feel good doing it. Nobody comes up every 10 minutes asking how your workout is going. Which is great!

I'd find myself there early in the morning starting my day there and not at home. Although, you could just by some weights and do your thing at home, it would good incredibly expensive buying the machines they have there.

I go to physical therapy here. I love the atmosphere and its usually not too busy. I go around 9 am so I'm not sure about the rest of the day. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place for sure

I loved Anytime Fitness - but this branch is toxic. I moved away, had to cancel, but they said I need to "come in person with mail to prove you moved away, otherwise we can't cancel, it's company policy."

I would have had to drive 600 miles just to do that - this is the most greedy and rude thing I've ever seen from a gym.

Now they put me in collections for 3 months worth of membership, and its affecting my credit score! Unbelievable - sign up at another location, but NEVER here, otherwise they WILL swindle you. Guaranteed.

One of my favorite gyms in the IE!! They made your health their priority during this pandemic. Staff is so helpful and keeps the gym so clean. Gym is a little small, but has everything you need to get a great workout. If your having trouble finding an open gym, I would highly recommend.

In my opinion it's one of the best gyms around. It's not huge and overwhelming. It has everything I need to keep my fitness journey going. PLUS they put our health first by staying open. You decide if you want to wear a mask while working out. I understand they have cleaners but it is also Mendes job to clean up after ourselves. It's not fair to blank a 24/7 gym for not being spotless after hours. When I'm in there during stage hours it's perfect and staff is so helpful. People need to realize 100% of the time it's not going to be great, just like anywhere you go.

I really wanted to like this location because of the convenience (which is the only reason I gave it a 2). Unfortunately, the place was just dirty. Dirt & a layer of dust on the cardio machines (stair masters & elliptical). No one was cleaning the machines, equipment or mats after use. No signage asking people to wear a mask OR clean the machines. The bathrooms & showers were a mess. 15 people were in here at 9pm & I was the only one wearing a mask.

I was charged for 3 months by this gym even though I didn't live in the area. The reason was because the previous Anytime Fitness location (Marina) I was at didn't notify me that my account would switch ownership if I used a different AF in a different location. I used this one in Redlands for a couple of months (June through August) and then moved 4 hours away. After trying to get into contact for months with the Marina AF (assuming that's where my membership still existed) that was shut down with no one answering emails or phone calls because of the lockdowns I was finally notified that my membership had moved to this Redlands location. By this time I had already been charged for September, October, November by the Redlands AF. When I spoke to the Redlands Regional Manager he said "I'm not going to refund you" for those months even though I didn't use the gym a single time. Why? Honestly no other reason than just because he didn't want to give me back $160. What a nice guy.

Advice: stay away from this place it is pointlessly small and lacking in equipment anyway. Plenty of other great gyms local that charge WAY less and aren't run by shysters.

Hands down my favorite gym! Nice & clean, private gym atmosphere. They have all the equipment I need, including cardio machines, resistance bands, cable systems, squat racks etc. All the staff and members are very friendly, make it feel more like family and not at all intimidating as other big gyms are. Ron is a great manager and keeps the gym running very smoothly. Also love all the personal trainers available on site, they're always so helpful!

Poor customer service, dirty place, smells badly, Background music excessively too loud and poor taste to be listening ( I don’t enjoy heavy metal music blasting my brain).
I visited Anytime Fitness Last week June 20th 2019 around 2 pm with my best behavior and upmost desire to start working out, I waited in the lobby of the main office, where There was somebody attending it.
10 minutes later NO ONE enjoying the payroll bothered to make me feel welcome nor inquired about my visit.
I don’t think I wanna be part of that Gym.
I will Rather to invest in myself in another Professional Gymnasium.
That’s all I have to say about this place.

I wish I could explain the pure frustration we have experienced with Anytime fitness. We had to cancel our membership and yet they still continued to charge our monthly dues despite having called several times. It's so frustrating because businesses like this are allowed to charge and claim whatever they want while we are the ones to pay. And there is no other recourse for the little guy. We have had much better experiences with LA fitness. I truly wish we never signed up with Anytime. Not only are they expensive ($40 a month for a small gym) but they also charge a large sign up fee and annual fee. And now, they charge even after cancellation.

place is dirty. they used to have people come at night and clean but im assuming it became to expensive for them. even at one point the water fountain had mold coming from the drain and it took over a week for them to finally clean it. i like coming here, its a great gym, but the place is always dirty and at night time with more than a few occasions i have seen roaches in the bathroom and on the gym floor.

I see other complaints on here about the difficulties of cancelling memberships and charges that keep showing up on credit cards. Happening to me along with non responses to emails. I feel that I was baited into joining and when I actually needed to cancel due to health issues, I could not even get them to respond to my emails or call me back. The only time they did respond (after 6 months of trying) was when I posted a bad review on their Facebook wall. Of course the comment was removed as well as my ability to post)I am in the middle of dealing with this right now, they do not want to respond in writing probably because they know that a written record can be used. STAY AWAY from this place unless you have no problem with non responses to emails, like difficulties when trying to cancel or change your membership and charges that pop up on your credit card that you may be unaware of or do not expect
