I am writing this complaint to warn others to be cautious when joining Anytime Fitness. Two months before my membership was supposed to renew, I sent an email advising that I would no longer be a member and that they needed to not renew my membership. I followed proper procedure to ensure that there would be no issues, and I received a written response stating that my membership would not renew. (I have a total of 10 emails from the gym and corporate, as well as my responses.)

The person who confirmed the non-renewal never updated my account and they were taking money out of my bank for the membership fee fees. A few months after my membership should have been canceled, I noticed fees on my bank statement. I contacted Anytime Fitness via telephone and written response and I was being ignored. The woman who was supposed to cancel my membership, then texted me and said that I owe money. I sent a text back with the email showing that she was the one that confirmed the cancellation and never heard anything back from them.

After a month of going back-and-forth, I finally heard from the owner or manager of this franchise and he said I needed to come in to cancel my membership. I tried to refuse, but figured I might as well go in just to ensure that it was taken care of. I showed up at the door and my key fob did not work and no one would answer the door. I called and no one answered. So I sent another message in writing and said that they needed to cancel this, and no one answered when I needed to come in. No one would help me, so I went to my bank and they took care of everything and also refunded me some of the money. Anytime Fitness still owes me around $100 but I figured if I could at least get this taken care of and they can’t take any more money, I was fine with that.

Recently, I started getting phone calls from collection agency and I didn’t know why. I thought maybe it was a scam. So I didn’t answer them, but then I got something from my credit report saying that there was something on it that was negatively affecting my credit and it turns out anytime fitness sent this to a collections agency. I have contacted corporate. I have Contacted the Better Business Bureau and I’ve also Filed a dispute because my credit should not be affected for something that they had no right to do.

I am hoping that it doesn’t come down to this, but I may have to go to small claims court and spend more money just because they refuse do their job correctly and won’t correct this on their end. Anytime Fitness, if you are reading this do not call me. I want everything in writing. You need to fix this as I did everything I was supposed to do per your terms to non-renew my membership.

To anyone reading this, I am not the only one that has gone through this. You can search Google and find that there are so many people who have been fighting Different Anytime Fitness franchise locations because of situations like this. Please be aware before signing up for a membership.

This gym is a complete waste of money. Staff is almost never around, and when they are, the posted hours don’t even match. Customer service is terrible—no greeting, no help, just indifference. I sent an email to cancel my membership, followed up, and they’re still charging me. That’s dishonest and unacceptable. On top of that, they’ve overcharged me, which shows how careless and unprofessional they are. I’ve been to other Anytime Fitness locations and had great experiences, but this one is the bad apple of the bunch. Save yourself the frustration and go to a gym that actually values its members and honors their word.

Visiting from out of town. This facility needs a lot of work. It's dirty and has An
atiquated, worn, poorly maintained equipment. Weights and accessories are scattered all over the place and weights left racked by customers. People just hanging out in the parking lot in their cars coming in and out to get water and use the bathroom. Not the Anytime Fitness experience I am accustomed to.

This place is clean and had more than enough space for what I needed to do. I like the variety of equipment that they had available. The weights are downstairs and spaced out along with an open mat for calisthenics or other activities. Upstairs you’ll find the aerobics machines like stair masters, elliptical, treadmills, and stretching chairs. There are cubbies by the door as well as along the wall upstairs. The restrooms are clean and have showers. I like that it wasn’t crowded but it was also about 6/7 in the morning when I went. Parking is alongside the building or you can park on the street.

Big warning to anyone looking to join this gym. They make canceling a membership impossible. You have to prove you've moved away or have experienced a permanent medical injury in order to cancel. I'm currently in touch with the California Dept of Consumer Affairs about this. It makes no sense that a gym membership should be this difficult. Literally any other gym has a sane, rational membership policy that you can cleanly walk away from.

I've been coming here for years, and month by month this place was slowly falling apart, then Adrian and Rik showed up and everything completely changed. Complaints we had about things we didn't like suddenly were answered. amenities like bathroom doors and exercise equipment were suddenly fixed in a timely manner. And I don't know how he does it, but Rik is always in a good mood and takes time to greet people in a friendly way, I really appreciate him. Anytime Fitness should definitely use Adrian and Rik as examples of how to run a gym location properly. Much respect you guys 💯

WORST GYM EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY.
I was a member here, the gym wasn’t the worst but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I had to cancel my membership and the General Manager, don’t remember his name but it was a man. Reached out to me and “acted” nice and understanding, said he would cancel my membership for me and even sent me an email confirmation and said i wouldn't be penalized or have to pay anything because I was moving somewhere that didn’t have an AF. Well little did I know they SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS, charging me for the remainder of the membership. They are liars and don’t care about you, they just want your money and I have never had that happen at Chuze or 24 Hour Fitness.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I signed up for a membership in March 2023. I ended up moving out of state to pursue a MS program and canceled my membership by having my doctor send a letter. Come to find out I am still being charged. This company has stolen over $500 from my account, and they still continue to steal money from my account. I have called numerous times to try and reach someone and nobody answers the phone. All I want is for my membership to be canceled. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and even they couldn't reach anyone from the company. I don't know how I'm going to get money refunded or my membership canceled from this company. I will keep filling for complaints until this gets resolved.

Staffed hours are horrible compared to other chains. There's literally no workers & locked doors in the evenings or the entire weekend. At Planet Fitness, Crunch, LA Fitness, etc etc I can walk in and buy a day pass at noon on a Saturday, or at 8pm on a Wednesday. Not here.

I like this gym, it’s small enough and you can get around to all the equipment easily. For the most part I can get everything I need for a good workout. I do wish they’d fix that one cable machine in the back corner which has been broken for months.

The reason I docked a star is because they recently got cheap and no longer use wipes and instead leave out old gross cloths that everyone reuses to just spray to clean off equipment. It’s gross and I’ve noticed because of it, people are cleaning equipment way less often. They also have no more hand sanitizer near the front door- it seems super germy now. They need to replace the wipes again and monitor the cameras to ensure non members don’t come in.

I figured I would go back and leaving another review. So I moved out of the state for work and actually cancelled my membership.

Only to find out that I am still being billed after months and months. I have tried calling the location in numerous occasions to get this taken care of. Nobody answers and nobody returns your call.

I took it another step further and called the customer service The lady at customer service called the location while she placed me on hold. She confirmed that nobody answered and that she would ensure to get back to me with a resolution.

It's been 10 days and I have had no response. I'm not sure what it will take anymore to get my money back and get this membership cancelled. Maybe this will get the attention it needs to cancel my membership.

I was a member for a year and although the bathrooms were always extremely dirty I didn’t think it was enough of a reason to write a review. The toilets are very dirty though and you can see pictures uploaded from different guests of splatter all over the toilets. The main reason I’m writing a bad review is because when I tried to cancel with the manager it was actually impossible. She doesn’t answer the phone, I sent multiple emails and those weren’t answered either. I went in person and waited for her to be done w her 2 hour long break and she first told me I couldn’t cancel my membership but when I brought up the contract terms she took my name and number and said she would cancel it “later” (she never did). I tried reaching her on instagram and she said she would cancel it “later” again (she never did). I got charged a month later and tried to cancel with the help from a different Anytime Fitness manager for a different location and apparently she ghosted him too. calls/emails/messages. Eventually I called corporate and was able to get a cancellation completed by the regional manager. This was such a frustrating experience.

I’ve been to tons of different AF locations over the last couple years and this one doesn’t deserve to have such a low score. Most of the bad reviews seem to be ppl having membership issues and I can’t speak to the that, but the amenities of the gym are fine. Do not go to this gym. The WORST management, no one is ever in office, I have left multiple phone calls with no returns. I have been trying to report a very creepy inappropriate older man that watches women in the gym and no one has ever reached out to follow up.
The “new” manager said their phone have been down for two days, I have been calling for two weeks. And when I said I am trying to cancel my husband and I’s membership she goes “oh I have talked to your husband.” Again a lie, he hasn’t once called or been into the gym in weeks lol. And again no one followed up about the man, he goes to the gym around 9:30am / 10am everyday, incase you don’t want to have someone stare at you and get really close to while you are minding your own business.

The gym is also small and doesn’t have all the items we enjoy at a gym. Bathrooms were dirty every time I went into one. Over all don’t waste your money.

“I have experienced several issues at the gym recently. Whenever it rains, the roof leaks onto the machines, and on the last rainy day, two panels fell onto one machine, remaining like that for over a week. The cable machine accessories are consistently broken. Among the four cardio machines, one is non-functional. Only one of the two spinning bikes is operational. There is a lack of wet wipes to clean the machines, and the ab machine is ripped making very uncomfortable to use it. Overall, the equipment and accessories are in poor condition. I hope these concerns can be addressed for a better gym experience.”

Responded to an email invitation to meet the mgr Marco last Friday. Waited outside the locked doors with a delivery driver until a member let us in. Was told they were off for the holiday but would "still" honor the $1 down deal which I knew nothing about. As noted by others the cancellation policy is absurd. they make it as hard to cancel as possible so that they can continue to take your money. there are rarely any employees at the gym so I could not quit in person. no one answers the phone for that same reason. turns out to cancel I now need to sent certified mail. I have never had to send certified mail to cancel something in my life. I have been a member of probably 20+ gyms and fitness studios. This policy is ridiculous. I don't even write reviews but I am LIVID. the gym itself is nice and the "anytime" aspect is of course convenient. but I recommend choosing literally any other gym so that you don't deal with this nonsense. After canceling my membership with previous management, Marco had informed me that I had an outstanding balance. They refused to cancel over the phone and I even had a 3 way call with ABC fitness who does the accounting and Marco. ABC fitness said they could waive the fees without an authorized managers consent. ABC said they would send a formal to anytime fitness to get the fees waived and get my membership canceled. This gym is absolutely disgusting.

Ive been going to this gym for about 9 months now and each week this gym just seems to get worse and worse. It is extremely cramped inside and so hot that I doubt there is an AC inside. The bathrooms have no paper towels, rarely have soap in the dispensers, and don’t have working locks on the bathroom door which is just straight up evil of the owners to think they can get away with that. Not to mention I have seen human feces on the floor of the bathrooms multiple times. There are rarely any staff on site and when they are they barely do they job, not letting customers in, and leaving for a “break” for hours at a time. do NOT get a membership at this sad excuse for a gym, there are plenty of better options within the area.

I am visiting. This location was a surprised to me. Mountains of excrement in the restrooms 🚽 . I came out vomiting 🤮 The lack of cleaning and maintenance is obvious. It’s gross. Days old shi* all over the place in those restrooms. Are they just ignoring cleaning the restrooms? Plus, the equipment is very old, but this is not the cause of this poor rating is rather the piles of excrement enough to know it’s been days with restrooms clogged. This is by far the worst gym I’ve ever stepped into. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting and I slipped and fell into a puddle of someones urine one morning when going to the bathroom before my typical morning jog. When I called and complained, they did absolutely nothing. After this, I was told that my membership would be cancelled, but NOT until after they charged me for another month because of their mind boggling “30 day notice” policy. I’ve been a member at AF up in LA for a few years and never had issues at Culver City or Pasadena. HOWEVER, when I come visit SD (a few times a month) this particular gym is DISGUSTING. There is hardly EVER any soap in the bathrooms. The toilets are gross and soiled—soooo dirty! People explode in there and it stays that way?!? I don’t understand. ALSO The sinks have toothpaste, hair, and paper stuck around them. I literally could not find soap one Saturday OR HAND SANITIZER. The water filter is always red and needs to be changed. People leave equipment everywhere and don’t re-rack weights. The general floors are also so dirty and don’t seem to get cleaned regularly. Can’t even tell who is staff or who to ask for help. LASTLY, I do like AF but if you live in SD area nearby, just run and don’t do it. This one is GROSS. If I move here, I might just end up at the LA fitness instead. It’s much cleaner.

The gym has become completely overrun by homeless people on the weekends. To the point I feel unsafe working out. They just wander around with suitcases and seem frantic, using the showers and trashing the bathrooms. The environment has completely changed under the new management. I would not recommend coming to this gym and I will be cancelling my membership.

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment both indoors and outside. But the real value add are the staff and trainers. They have a friendly, welcoming outlook that fosters a positive gym experience. Working out here is the highlight of my day!

The gym is very clean and the workout and cardio machines are fine. Staff are friendly. However, I did not subscribe to membership plan after my trial because of two main reasons: (1) The gym is smaller than I expected. Number of machines and cardios compared to the price we pay is well below standards. Competitive fitness centers provide cheaper membership plans while having many more machines available to the user. (2) The "locker room" and shower experience falls far below the lowest standard I would have. There is only one (yes 1) shower for all the users in the gym and 4 all gender bathrooms. I went to this location twice and both times had to wait for the bathroom and did not even get to take a shower when I was leaving cuz the shower was taken. For a gym that charges you 50 bucks a month I would expect the bare minimum is shower and bathrooms, let alone not having real lockers in the shower and just providing caddies to the users at the entrance area.

This place is amazing! The equipment is well maintained and almost always available. Working with Andrew I was able to achieve fitness goals I was only able to dream of on my own. Even though we only saw each other weekly having his professional expertise and have someone dedicated to keeping me accountable made all the difference in the world. I am so glad I found this place and I will happily stay a member my entire time in San Diego!

Love coming to this place. It is not intimidating like a lot of other gyms I have been to in the past. The staff always keeps it clean and well organized, and they have everything you need without the gym feeling cluttered. I have been training with Will for just over a year and he is a huge part of my fitness success. He knows how to motivate and push you without overwhelming you. Highly recommend both Anytime Fitness and Will as as a trainer!

The first day I came in, I met the managers personally which I’ve never experienced at any gym. It’s never super crowded, the trainers are extremely supportive, and the environment is so welcoming. This is my first time seeking an actual gym membership and so far it has been a great experience. Since I have gotten the membership for this gym I have gone daily and it never feels intimidating, the physical trainers are so kind and helpful. They really take health and physical activity serious, and they'll do their best to get you to your goal.

I’ve been coming to this gym since May 2021 and I give it 5 stars. I love that I can come work out literally any day and at any time. I used to be a member at 24 hour fitness and even they weren’t truly open 24/7. But with this gym I just let myself in whenever I want and I can also go to any other location which is nice when I’m traveling. The staff (specifically Sabrina) is very good about communicating gym news and equipment updates. I’d gladly recommend any of my friends to join this gym.

The trainers here are amazing!

Maya has not only been extremely professional but very thorough about her training techniques in the gym. She’s incredibly polite and very sweet and even has me laughing during workouts. Personally if I don’t feel comfortable in my workout space, my relationship with the gym tends to falter, but this location is incredibly welcoming!

As someone who was new to going to gym and needed some guidance on how to train myself and develop healthier habits, Maya’s attitude was not only disarming but incredibly educational and fun.

I was extremely self conscious and a bit nervous to start training and learning about my body and how to build it but Maya helped put those stresses to rest!

She makes training fun and something I look forward to on a regular basis in my week. She’s extremely punctual and dedicated toward my development and it shows in her personal dedication toward my time.

She wakes up early (sometimes at the crack of dawn) to hold me accountable to my appointments and pushes me to not only exceed my own expectations physically but mentally too.

Working out with the trainers here feels more like working out with a safe, conscious, group of friends or family then it does simply hiring a trainer.

You can feel they care about your progress and it’s not just about a paycheck to them.

Highly recommend trying the personal trainer sessions here if you wish to learn more about the equipment safely and need that extra push to keep your practice in check.

I give this location a solid 12/10 in quality and encourage anyone on the fence about training sessions to check it out!

I’ve been coming here for a few years, the owners and all employees really care about the business and want what’s best for the gym as a whole. This gym typically isn’t overcrowded like some other nearby gyms in SD, it’s nice and clean, and all of the equipment is repaired in a timely fashion when necessary. I always feel very comfortable and encouraged when completing my workouts at anytime. They also have great personal trainers if that’s something that interests you!

I came in today after signing up for the 7 day free pass online. I got a tour and was taken to the office where The girl working there tried to aggressively sign me up for a membership. I told her I was just interested in testing out the gym and shopping around different gyms since I am new to the area. When I mentioned the 7 day free pass she told me: “we don’t really do that” which was extremely disappointing. Why advertise it on your website and send it to peoples emails when you don’t honor it in your gym? She told me I could get a one time pass for $15 (when at other anytime fitnesses I’ve only had to pay $10) and when I agreed to that she deceptively tried to make me sign for the year pass. I finally paid my $15 and went to workout but was in an unmotivated mood because of the experience. The gym was smelly and gross on top of that. I’ve had a lot better experiences at other anytime fitnesses but this ruined my interest in joining this one. I will check out 24 hour fitness I bet they’ll have more friendly less aggressive gym salespeople working there!

I’m usually skeptical about lifting at public gyms but I enjoyed my time here. The staff is extremely friendly and the equipment is always clean and organized. Perfect for all types of lifters (athletes, bodybuilders, etc.) and has multiple turf areas.

Sabrina did a fine job of taking care of me as a member and was responsive to my concerns. I am also a member at Planet Fitness and 24HourFitness, and Sabrina is the real reason why I joined this Anytime club during the pandemic shutdown while all of my other clubs in town were closed. She's very friendly and makes you feel like you really matter a lot. There's a lot upper-level management should do that she probably has little control over, however. This location is good for its all-night access but the memberships are a bit overpriced for the floor space and the amount of equipment in this small gym. The bathrooms and showers are private but small and have poor water drainage and your clothes don't have a hanger that keeps them from falling on the floor and getting wet. The club needs more machines and equipment, essentially, too. If there's another pandemic shutdown I will consider this club again because of Sabrina. She's its best asset.

I’ve had the actual worst experience with this gym and trying to cancel the membership. They claim for it to be ABC financials fault yet they trick you into a contract along with multiple hidden fees. 100$ A month for a gym that has little to no space to actually work out, or even AC for that matter. They removed the outside portion of the gym which the only reason I would go because it allowed for actual room to work out in the overcrowded gym. Waste of money and time, don’t sign up and get caught in the trap! Plenty of better gyms that don’t take your money and are transparent about everything upfront.

One of my two favorite gyms that I've ever worked out at. It's not packed wall to wall with excessive weight machines but has all the machines and other workout equipment you'd want. Everyone is there to work out and mind their business, but they are also cool and friendly. I always see people wiping down the equipment after using it which I think means you care about your gym. Good vibes!

The actual staff at the gym are very nice and friendly. The facility is kind of small, but nice. The pain is their partner or parent company ABC Fitness Solutions. They literally won't answer your calls and make it impossible to cancel a membership. As much as I loved the staff and gym itself, the pain and struggle of having to work with ABC Fitness Solutions makes it not worth it. They still haven't cancelled my membership.

Just walked into the place hoping to start a membership. After looking for help for a couple minutes a patron let me know that one (or maybe both) of the guys that were standing near the door were staff. Before I could even ask about starting a membership he told me that the staff was not taking questions or meetings and to try again on Monday. This was the middle of the day and clearly within the posted staff hours. The guy was a dismissive jerk before I could even open my mouth. I hope this isn't a theme at anytime fitness locations. The location looked clean and will equiped, but that guy will prevent me from trying this location again. I will visit another location and see what that experience is like before signing up with this company.

Don’t sign up at this gym. Nobody wears masks in this gym even when it was mandated. Especially, When you try to cancel the gym membership, I had to wait an hour to talk to a rep, they’ll charge you a big amount to cancel and they’ll make you send an email to their corporate for reasons why you want to cancel. It’s terrible and time delaying. The gym is small and very limited equipment. Bathroom is dirty most of the times. I recommend to go to Chuze instead. Bigger, better, cleaner, and no commitment.

Very small, minimal equipment. The staff there are not customer friendly at all unless you are a potential new custom. When you are a customer, they NEVER answer their phone, and when I called to cancel my membership (which is month to month) they tried to make me give them a reason as to why I was canceling, as though if it weren't for a good enough reason, they were going to ALLOW me to cancel. They said I had the rest of the month to use the gym since they had already charged me 4 days prior, and that my membership was canceled. Well come to find out the person I talked to on the phone was blowing smoke, because he didn't cancel anything, and they still charged me the following month.

I do 10 outta 10 do NOT recommend.

I there were less than 1 stars I would still be reluctant to give that little of a star.

I make sure I never write negative reviews because I believe if you don’t have anything positive to say, don’t say it at all. But, this is my one exception. I broke my arm and as a result cancelled my membership a month prior. However, I was billed again, so I called to ensure my membership was cancelled. Sabrina told me that I needed to bring in medical records which I’ve never heard of and is a violation of hippa statutes. When I was justifiably frustrated she scolded me like a child and hung up not returning any of my calls. I’ve never dealt with anything more unprofessional or ridiculous.

Just note that they are not honoring any sort of working out/day pass whatsoever. They have a blurb on the website that says they may not honor a 7 day trial but you can have a day pass. However, this just means that you can tour the facility and talk about the membership.

It is pretty standard to try out a gym before signing up so I was a little surprised- I wish the website was a little more specific in stating that no passes or workouts are honored for non members at this location. The representative did not mention this either until after showing up.

If you do go in, note that the entrance is at the back. There is so signage to indicate this, and it was confusing since there was no way to get into the parking lot unless you go around through a different way.

No masks in this gym, not saying that as a positive or negative. Just a note.

Other than those areas, I think that this could be a great gym. I was just not ready to sign up without trying it out first, but I understand the hesitation with covid. Just wish it was more clear!

UPDATE: David said he's going to refund all of the charges that were made since I cancelled. Will update again when I see the refund come through.

I really liked this gym but wasn't going often so decided to cancel my membership with 3-4 months remaining in the contract. Ended up in a long email dispute where the ATF rep claimed that there was a $149 cancellation fee and some other cancellation terms that show up NOWHERE in our signed agreement. They refused to point to where they were in our agreement, continued to insist on them, and charged them to my card.

I emailed the gym owner who confirmed that the arbitrary charges shouldn't apply but when I emailed about the latest round of charges put on my card I got no reply- it's been more than 2 weeks. The charges they've put on my card since I canceled amount to $278.89-- more than the remaining balance on the contract! A mistake is one thing but I've clearly and repeatedly called out their errors to both the billing people at the company that handles their billing and the Point Loma gym owners and neither have shown interest in honoring the actual terms of our agreement.

I'm working through the credit card chargeback avenue and leaving this review to warn people of this company and this gym. Unfortunate as my experience with the gym was 5 stars until they tried to see what they could get away with.

If you can afford to be ripped off to the tune of a few hundred dollars or don't mind spending hours of your life trying to get back money illegally taken from you, this is a good gym. I'm not the first with this problem- check out the BBB reviews for their payment processor "ABC Fitness Solutions"

I was traveling and forgot my Fob so I was let in by a staff member. I wasn’t asked for any information which was odd yet convenient, but was looked at super weird by everyone I came across. It took me a bit to realize that NOBODY WAS WEARING A MASK but ME. Nobody was even pretending to wear one. I travel from Oregon where Covid isn’t super present, but everyone takes it seriously anyways. I was in San Diego, a major HOT SPOT, and not a single person cared, nobody properly cleaned their equipment after use, nor was the ‘staff’ enforcing any of the requirements posted around the gym. Seemed like they hadn’t been for a long time. The gym and especially the outdoor area was a mess. I expect better from AF. If you are going to make some sort of statement not wearing masks despite all your ‘wear a mask’ signs, keep your gym clean and sanitized!

Tried canceling my membership, but they will not let me. Always a catch even with the correct documentation. Also asked about the cancellation procedure before i joined, the person said she had no idea. Who doesn't train their staff with this knowledge unless they have something to hide. Now 4 months later still trying to cancel my membership. Communication with the gym is terrible. One lady there said she was going to cancel my membership when I called but never did, just a lie to keep it going. I've sent email after email, phone call after phone call. So unless you have an attorney on standby, don't sign up. And yes I am a member unfortunately, duh, or I wouldn't be going through all this trouble to write this.

Needed to find a place that was opened 24 hours. This place is great! You are given a key fob that allows you to enter the gym at any time. Despite the size of the facility, there is never a wait for the use of the equipment. The restrooms and showers are clean. Andrew, my trainer is great! There are very few people who will accommodate such an early workout schedule.

Lots of equipment that is new and well kept. Indoor and outdoor equipment. Everything is sanitized frequently. Staff is friendly and helpful. The personal trainers are second to none (especially Will!). Rates are fair for monthly membership but trainer rates are slightly high IMHO. All in all, a great place to get in a great workout!

Hi everyone. I wanted to let you know that this gym lied to my wife when she signed up. They told her she could cancel at anytime and she has been trying for several months. She is still trying but they are continually giving her the run around while still charging her 40 dollars a month. She can't even get ahold of the gym by calling because the mailbox is full and she has received no answer. Think twice about this place before signing anything. If they have lied in the past they will do it again.
