I’m so glad I decided to make an appointment with Garrisson to explore what Anytime Fitness has to offer. As someone new to the area, I had been looking for a gym that fit my schedule, and the previous gym I attended just wasn’t 24/7, which didn’t work for me. From the moment I walked in, Garrisson was incredibly welcoming, and I immediately felt at ease. He patiently answered all of my questions and even offered a trial period to ensure I could experience everything the gym had to offer.

I've been coming here for 2 years. Garrison is cool, really friendly and positive, and I'm glad he's managing the gym.

The good:
1. Show up any time.
2. All of the equipment I want for cardio and weights.
3. Reasonable price.

The bad:
1. Area doesn't feel that safe.
2. Frequently see people open the door for groups to come in. I suspect they're not paying members.
3. A few guys that are always there but never working out and usually trying to chat up women. It's weird.
4. A few regulars with horrendous body odor and some people don't clean the equipment after they use it.

Scheduled a tour appointment super easy and fast contacting. Garrison was super friendly and answered all my questions while showing me around. Made me feel super safe and comfortable being there, especially being a woman that goes to the gym alone. He reassured me that there is always security at all times. I'm so glad I found Anytime Fitness in San Leandro. I had been wanting a less crowded, safer during virus season, more chill workout space, and Anytime checks all my boxes. I was unsure of getting a membership for a while, and finally decided to go in person for a tour. Garrison was there and helped me sign up, he showed me the gym and then we also talked about nutrition and other things. The gym looked great, and he was also very friendly and social, made me feel so comfortable to ask him any question regarding workouts, how to use the machines, and everything gym related.
