This place always has limited machines and some things don't work for periods at a time. I have tried cancelling my membership for months now and they have yet to even do it and blame their headquarters but they say the opposite even though I have completed my membership agreement. Do not go here AT ALL if you actually like going to the gym.

I love coming here after work at 2am. Mainly empty. Before my work schedule changed I was here at 5am. The TVs were great entertainment. For some reason each day one more tv was just off. 5 in total and they went off one by one. Now being here at 2am I don't have a choice, but now im stuck with only one and another stuck on a screen with nothing available. I thought I was paying for everything the gym had to offer. But only the normal hour people are allowed that entertainment in between reps. Its a bummer for sure.

The bathrooms and showers could definetely use some love. Broken shower handle, and both showers had floors completely covered in water, without a squeegee. Perhaps the design could be improved to prevent that from happening. And more showers are needed as the wait time can be very long at times for a high traffic gym.
I know most of these reviews are 5 stars because you get a discount when signing up to do so. I did it too for my home gym. But the bathrooms need attention in my honest opinion. π

I would have given this gym 4-5 stars when I initially joined, but now this gym deserves between 2-3 stars. When I joined in March of this year, the gym was very clean, necessities were provided and there was always someone available by call and/or in the office during office hours. Ever since they let Joe go who kept the gym clean, provided great help/management and welcoming environment, now the bathrooms are almost never clean, sometimes there is no toilet paper nor soap, I rarely see someone in the office and have difficulty getting in touch with management. I think they made a mistake letting Joe go. He had that place top tier! On another note, I do give them 3 stars bc the gym is a good size with good equipment and great hours. Management and cleaning needs work though.

The reason this probably has such good ratings is because when you sign up you are required to leave a 5 star review before you even get to experience the gym. Well hereβs the truth here. Itβs a poorly run company. You can only get a membership if you lock into a year or longer contract. I unfortunately made that mistake and have been trying to cancel my membership for months and have been unsuccessful. I currently live far from an anytime fit and am in year 3 of a membership I have been unable to cancel of a gym iβm not able to use. Literally go to ANY OTHER GYM. They keep extending my membership so whatever your agreement is itβs actually not true. Itβs a money scam.
