Anytime Fitness in Susanville not only has friendly helpful staff, they have the cleanest gym I have ever been to!!! On a daily basis it is being sanitized. Plus, they always have wipes available to wipe off the equipment after each use! 😀

Good small town gym but the prices are too high and they want to rope you into a long-term contract. It's either the contract or pay through the nose on a month-to-month basis. If the pricing were more reasonable I would give it five stars.

Love the atmosphere at Anytime Fitness, Susanville. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I do a weekly training with a trainer ( Jordan ) and a monthly body scan. Definitely keeps me on track to meet the goals I set for myself. I also like how they have separate rooms so it's easy to find a spot to workout. Of course like any gym there are busier times but people are pretty cool with sharing a machine.

Services & facilities are better than they were 3 yrs ago. They weren't bad then, but they're a bit better now. The TV service is mostly good, but a few days ago when we had a storm, my home TV was just fine, but AF's TV channels were kaput. With the same provider. Other than that happening occasionally, everything is great.

Friendly and profession staff make this a definite 5 star review. ABC Financial, affiliated with Anytime Fitness would be blessed with the minimal one star rating, only because one of the stars has to be there for some reason. I definitely recommend this gym, just make sure your payment is early or on time, otherwise you will get to meet the one star excellence of the ABC Financial group! The only place that has ever hit me with a late charge at six in the morning on the day my bill was due EVEN THOUGH the money was in the account to cover the bill. (This has happened 32 times in case anyone is wondering.)

Anytime fitness is a overall great gym. Caters to all gymnasts needs. Personal Trainers, Progress Tracking MyZone. They have events to have people work out for rewards. Which is a good incentive. Thank you so much for continuing to help me with my workout journey.

Love it here. We moved the Bay Area where the Anytime Fitness was pretty cramped all the time, and this location never feels congested. They're expanding too so I'm looking forward to see what kind of funtivities they're going to add. I'm doing small group training with Jordan. He's great and makes the workouts fun. This place takes away my excuses when it's too hot/too cold/too mosquito-y to work out so I'm grateful!

Very clean facility. Multiple bathrooms (full baths). Very friendly management, I don’t use a trainer but they all seem very friendly as well. I did do the consultation with a trainer when signing up and he was very nice with good energy. I tend to go between 830am-2pm and have never had an issue with waiting for any machine or equipment. I use the hydro aqua massager and it’s awesome + very relaxing. I also use the myzone fit band.. I enjoy it as I have never really tracked any of that information before.

Horrible customer service in regards to the associate Jimmy. When asked to speak to a supervisor I left my contact information about 3 weeks ago and still have yet to hear from anyone. Ive sent a letter to the corporate office and will be posting on BBB for the negligence of my account.

Great place to work out. Clean and they repair broken right away equipment. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't have 2.5 lb weights for machines that I have seen at other Anytime centers which discourages women from using them and advancing in strength. Noticeable lack of women members.
