Some years ago I started working out for the first time in my life. Regular devotee of a Mat Pilates class I enjoyed and saw gains. I would occasionally visit the free weights and machine area of my gym - I had absolutely NO IDEA what I was doing. Realizing I was a fish out of water, with a desire to achieve more muscle tone, improve strength and my overall fitness level I found Austin. I thought I would give him a try for perhaps 10 sessions to get a knowledge base, master a correct form and learn a new routine. That was 8 or 9 years ago, I got hooked. I’m still constantly learning, still correcting my form, still improving my strength and fitness level. I’m not naturally athletic, far from it but Austin has a way of planning our sessions/my fitness journey to make me feel and see changes my body is capable of. I love the changes our sessions made in my physique. Parts of my body that I always thought needed help were now parts that I am really proud of. Every session is different, and I always walk out happy, strong and proud of what I accomplished. Did I mention what a great guy Austin is? Always look forward to our sessions and connecting with this genuine & stellar human being. Lastly, got a muscle/tendon feeling off or sore - let him know he’s a master of finding a remedy for those weird body quirks.

I have been going to Austin at APT Fitness for 12 years. It a credit to him that he has many long term clients. It's because you get a great workout that adapts with you over time. Austin is very capable in assesing problem areas and determine strengthening and stretching to address. He listens, not cookie cutter where you fit into rigid plan. Also, Austin is just a very nice person. Highly recommend.

I’m 84 year old woman who started going to Austin Rodriguez about 10 years ago. At the time I was having regular Cortizone injections in my back to relieve back pain. When we first met Austin did and thorough evaluation of my strength and weaknesses and then
started me on a stretching regiment that I can do at home. I look forward to meeting with Austin twice a week at his very clean studio at which time he guides me through a personalized group of exercises. I am now totally pain-free, and many years away from cortisone injections and pain. Today I feel stronger than I did 30 years ago and confident in my daily activities. The thought of not having my twice weekly visit with Austin is unfathomable. Not only is he good at what he does but he is a genuinely good person. I like to tease him and say he’s Awesome Austin, and he is. I highly recommend Austin Rodriguez. 80 for you store.

If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Austin Rodriguez @ APT Fitness. I have been working with Austin for 10+ years and can honestly say I have never felt as strong, flexible and comfortable in my body. Austin is a tremendous trainer and makes working out fun. He takes the time to understand his clients' needs and is an expert at designing a program that will help you. Aside from his expertise, Austin is a remarkable person with a great personality.
