I started my training with Nan around 2017, she is a wonderful trainer! I went to her because I needed a stronger core for my back issues, she was able to give me that core with patience, empathy and encouragement. Nan really tries hard to communicate with you and establish a routine that will fit your needs. Additionally, she helped my father with this frozen shoulder issues. He is incredibly grateful for her guidance and training. Nan can works wonders as long as you are willing to put in the work!

Nan Zender's Warm Water Walking is a therapeutic and comforting activity where you can work on balance, movement, and flexibility. Nan creates a relaxed, safe, friendly environment and is a great instructor!

Nan’s Ai Chi water class is a soothing, aligning and mindful practice. Her ability to create a sense of calm in slow, intentional movement creates great space in my body and mind. Her knowledge of human structure is key to the therapeutic sessions. She has been an inspiration.

Nan Zender's Aquatic Zen workshops are wonderful. My husband and I especially love Warm Water Walking. I'm fit and fairly athletic and my husband is disabled with Inclusion Body Myositis and we love doing this class together every week. It works for both of us despite our fairly different capacities and needs... Nan is great and it's just a lot of fun being in the pool.

It taught my eyes when I saw Nan's "Aquatic Zen" class. I never knew we can do yoga kind of exercises in the water. I am glad I tried. Yoga in the water is less stress on my back, and can do great stretches for my body. Great class! Thank you Nan!

Nan is an excellent instructor. She listens, and asks questions before suggesting changes or improvements to your motions to taylor for your bodyʻs assets or challenges.
