I hired Ayaan as my personal trainer after returning from an extended vacation, where I had gained 18 lbs of belly fat. I had allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted without exercising.
I felt ashamed for neglecting my fitness goals and overwhelmed about the process of getting back into shape. I realized that I lacked the motivation and willpower to get myself out of this latest setback, so I reached out to Ayaan for help.
Ayaan made it simple to sign up with him and the onboarding process was seamless. It has been such a positive experience working with Ayaan and I am regaining the confidence that I had sadly lost.
I know that hiring a personal trainer can feel like a frivolous expense, but compared to the feeling of disappointment in myself, I think it is worth it. We either spend money on ourselves now to prevent illness or we can spend money later on doctors. To me it’s a no brainer.
Ayaan is driven, energetic, enthusiastic, positive, professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I find his style of training to fit well with my personality. I want to be better and improve, but I need that extra push to accomplish my goals. Ayaan listened to me and created a science-based plan that embodies the phrase “work smarter, not harder.”
The best quality of Ayaan is his willingness to go above and beyond most trainers. I never feel as if he is watching the clock and just collecting a paycheck. I can tell helping people is his passion and I feel seen and valued by him.
I would say that Ayaan is on his way to becoming one of the best personal trainers in Sacramento and I’m so happy that I signed up with him. I already see major improvements in my physical and mental health. That is priceless. We only live once so why not make it a life full of personal growth? And have fun while doing it!

Mr. Ayaan is the best fitness coach you can ask for. He is so motivating and really pushes you to do your best. He is also very flexible with times and if you are unable to make it, he won't charge you for that class missed. He is also super nice and very talkative and confident. The biggest thing is that he also gives you knowledge on what you're doing instead of just showing you how to do it. This will help you in the future if you ever go to a gym and it is a great quality.

I’ve been working out for 4 years now and in my 4 years I’ve never learned so much and met such an incredible person who is always answering my texts and giving me great feedback. Now you might be thinking, oh this kids being absolutely bias… no I’m not. When I tell you I’ve seen better results, I can bet you my Chinese new years money on it. You want examples from a random guy like me… here you go:
1. I was tired of feeling insecure about my body. I go to the gym everyday and made sure that I was eating healthy. Little did I know Ayyan helped me create a strong mindset and a great meal plan that helped me feel stronger, feel discipline, and made me feel confident again.
2. Legs are really hard for me to grow. He taught me certain movements to help my legs grow and certain workouts that leveled up my strength. I was hitting on average 2 plates on the leg press to now averaging 4-5 plates with a good 15-20 reps. Think I’m lying check my Instagram.
3. Losing belly fat is so tough… if you’re reading this I know how you feel. Ayyan gave me a workout plan and certain foods to eat and now I went from 175-160. I’m already a skinny person but I feel so much better and feel so much stronger.
The point is that if you’re looking for a good trainer with real results contact this guy. No matter what you do don’t hesitate on asking him any questions. He’ll make you feel like a king/queen at the gym. You’ll feel proud and happy you invested your hard earned money on this guy. And trust me I’m a Buddhist so I don’t lie.

Ayaan is super helpful and motivating! I have never worked with a trainer before, but im really glad that he's the one I chose. He was really accommodating when it came to cost because he's more focused about people getting healthy and reaching their goals rather than charging an arm and a leg. And the gym is so nice too! I went to Ayaan starting in March but I have learned so much in a short period of time. He runs you through his session (each session he makes sure you get a good workout) but also teaches the value of each exercise and what is the most optimal way to go through it. He is easy to reach and open to any questions you may have about training, diet or anyhting about health. He also takes care of you by structuring how your diet should be, what you should be eating depending on your goals. Overall, Ayaan is a phenomenal trainer.

Ayaan really takes a holistic training approach that feeds the body, but also the mind. He creates an environment that’s emotionally safe, supportive, and energizing. My husband and I did a joint workout session with Ayaan for 10 months. We loved having him as a coach and would absolutely recommend him for anyone at any level, beginner to advanced. He listened to our goals and was laser focused. It was obvious when lifting weights in the gym and in our measurements that our muscles were growing and our confidence was building. His knowledge on anatomy was very impressive, and he was always teaching and explaining what, why, how to get the best results. On a personal level, he was great to be around. Ayaan is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have every worked with. I’ve been training with him for about 6 months. He is crazy smart in each muscle group that if effective by the workout. It very helpful because he will teach you how to target certain areas that need extra help or more focus on. Ayaan also created me a meal plan to make sure I’m hitting all my calories and protein my body needs. He never once told me “I can’t eat something” but instead showed me how I can replace and create healthier option. I also appreciate the accountability Ayaan maintained. He always made sure I was getting my workout in. If I wasn’t able to attended he would make sure I had a rescheduled session as I could. He makes showing up fun, I enjoy every session we have together. I have always looked forward to coming in to the gym to train with him. Ayaan is very professional, always shows up early to our sessions, sends reminders, and makes sure the times and days always accommodate me. Ayaan is an amazing trainer! He's part coach, part motivator, part cheerleader, but all knowledge and just wants you to achieve your goals. He pushes you but knows when you've hit your limit. Through it all, you're constantly getting better, stronger, and seeing results.
I thought I knew how to do some exercises but he showed me how to do them properly via some small tweaks. These are minor changes but they are instrumental in hitting the right muscle or just to prevent injury.
And he's always cheering you on, giving you that extra push you need to finish a set or get a few more reps.
I highly recommend Ayaan regardless of if you've worked out before or are just a beginner. He will guide you and support you and get you to where you want to be! Thanks Ayaan!

Ayaan is one of the BEST trainers in Sacramento! He’s extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and movement. Extremely detailed about which workouts you’ll do and what the correct form is. The sessions are about 45 mins to an hour - so you get a very good workout in! Very accommodating for busy schedules. Dedicated to providing results. He always goes above and beyond for all his clients. Ayaan has a very good work ethic and makes you feel comfortable with all workouts while pushing you very hard. Hire Ayaaan!
