I came to Archie with severe neck and shoulder pain that would not go away. I went to other massage places, tried different pillows and had felt a bit clueless on what to do next to help the pain. I would wake up in pain and would have to move through the day with discomfort. His approach is knowledgeable and effective. It has been a month since I started training with Archie. I am so glad to have found him.
I have been waiting to have hip surgery for a few months now. In the meantime, I was having difficulty managing the pain and losing muscles strength. The physical therapy office gave little personal attention and was not effective. So I decided to seek additional help.
I was skeptical at first if a personal trainer can help an injured person, but meeting Archie, immediately I felt comfortable and hopeful. He is knowledgeable, observant, caring, and patient. The functional and strength training is definitely helping me manage the pain. It's also a great help that he can combine the training with deep tissue body work. He is an excellent trainer and therapist!

I came to Archie with extreme soreness all over my body and also pain in my knee.
Archie knew all the spots that were causing tightness and pain, and after a day, my body felt so much better! He also gave recommendations on how I should roll out the parts that were causing tightness if it still was there. He was very attentive and thoughtful throughout the massage - constantly checking in about pressure, the temperature…etc. The room’s decor and music made the ambiance nothing less than heaven - so was relaxed to the max!

Archie gives a great massage! He’s precise, knowledgeable about addressing specific issues, and checks in consistently to make sure the pressure is tuned to your preference. Also love that his massage lengths are 75 min+ since 60 min full body is too rushed to focus on more than one area. He’s also got a plethora of tools and techniques (never had scraping and loved it!) The room is also relaxing and comfortable, you’d never know it was in a gym.

Archie’s massage was a life saver! I came in with a shoulder injury and he had me feeling better after a 90 min session. Not only did he treat my injury, he also worked on a lot of body parts that were super tights which I didn’t even know going in. Archie took the time to understand my needs and focused exactly where I asked—something many massage therapists fail to do. Too often, they work on areas I don’t need, especially at the start, which is frustrating when paying so much. But Archie got straight to the problem and provided the relief I had been searching for.

Archie is the best, I've been training with him for four months so far. I injured my shoulder and ankle before so he customized the workouts by improving my balance and flexibility. He carefully listened to my requests, checked on my meals and even helped me develop my own take home workout plans.
