I attended Happiness Program at AOL Dublin chapter in October 2015 and it was one of the best gift that I gave to myself to understand meaning of life. Few memorable quotes that I think of every day are: 'Expecations bring unhappiness', Responsibilities should be higher than needs', 'Have gratitude'...I am already spreading the word on social media and you can read more on my following LinkedIn post. My wife and I finally attended the Happiness Program in December 2014. We heard about the programs carried out by Art of Living from my sister- in-law in the late 90s but never followed up on it until now. We are glad we did!
It is only about a month and a half since we did the program but we are seeing the wonderful results from it. We are practicing the kriya( breathing techniques and meditation) that we have learned everyday in our lives. It helps relieve stress and has made us more calm. We look forward every week to attend the long kriya at the Dublin center. In addition, we have met wonderful people through our association with the Art of Living during this short period.

Best place to learn how to relieve stress and be happy. You learn to use our inbuilt power of breath to release stresses and get really relaxed. It has helped me to become more joyful, gain more clarity and focus. It has helped me to look at each situation with a different perspective and then take skillful action instead of always reacting. My health and relationships also have improved. The course itself is like a retreat where you can spend quality time not only learning the powerful Sudarshan Kriya, but also to introspect and gain wisdom.
