I really enjoy coming to Arthur Murray. Starting out I did not know what to expect. As a shy dancer it took me over two months to ask out the advance students to dance during their parties. All were very helpful. I started not know which foot goes where, but now almost 3 years of taking lessons and I get asked to dance by other students and also I am able to go to dance clubs and hit the dance floor without worrying how to get my groove on.

Becoming a dancer at Arthur Murray has changed my life! I started my journey almost 17 yrs. ago. I came in because i had recently lost my dad and i got very depressed about it. The teachers and staff were very kind and helpful to me. I was not prepared for what a whirlwind experience it would be. I had never had a place to go where you could: challenge yourself, meet new friends, have great fun, and go to parties every week. It was a real game changer for me. My teachers were so kind and wonderful to me as i progressed through the Bronze program and made it into the Silver Level. So, that is the level I am in now. When you reach the higher levels you really need to dive deep into why you are there. The nice thing about that is you are not alone. The team at Arthur Murray will help you get through this stage and move on to the next level. To anyone considering whether to make the leap into becoming an Arhur Murray dancer, I say go for it! I know it will change your life just like it did mine.

My wife and I started at Arthur Murray because we wanted to choreograph our first dance for our wedding. From day one, the staff at Arthur Murray treated us like family. Our teacher Amariah is an absolute Gem. We aren't trained dancers and Amariah had so much patience and gave so much love and support through the whole process. Our wedding was in June 2023 and we have continued to be students at Arthur Murray with weekly scheduled lessons with our fav teacher Amariah. 10/10 recommend coming to Arthur Murray whether for your wedding dance, or learning social dances to use at the club, you decide which direction you want to go and the staff at Arthur Murray will lead the way. My whole family is taking lessons at the Arthur Murray Hayward location for about 2 months already and since the very first time I walked into the studio I felt welcome. The staff is awesome, always with good attitude and full of positive energy, the teachers are professional, talented and supporting!!. Every time I leave the studio is with a big smile on my face.
