Laura was a great teacher. She knew exactly how to customize the class, teaching style, and language to accommodate and make the session fun for both mom and daughter. Weโll be back!

I recently attended their aerial silks class and had a mixed experience. The body conditioning exercises in the first 30 minutes were rather easy, and as a beginner to intermediate aerialist, I've encountered more efficient routines elsewhere. The lack of guidance in timing and individual pacing left me feeling less warmed up than desired.
The class was crowded, sharing a silk with someone, which meant only a fraction of the time was spent on the silks. With just 10-15 minutes of actual silks practice in a 1.5-hour session, I don't know if it provides the best value for money.
Unlike my previous studios, we did not do any climbs at all. The emphasis was on performing tricks and that too closer to the ground.
While instructor Caterina was professional and polite, the additional instructor (possibly the owner/manager) talked excessively, making it distracting.
In conclusion, I found the owner/manager to be overly talkative and a less effective listener. The class leaned more towards conversation than a workout, and for the value, I believe there are better alternatives, such as Ly's Pole Studio, where I had a more satisfying experience.

I'm absolutely head over heels for aerial silks! The instructors are very knowledgeable, talented, and helpful. The location is easy to access and the building is clean and well-kept. I can't recommend Ascend enough!

My daughter did two private lesson while we were in town. The teacher was incredible! Knowledgeable, fun, safety & technique first. It was exactly what we were looking for, if we lived closer we would go every week. Also amid COVID they took all precautions and kept us safe. Thank you!

Fabulous aerial silks program with extremely talented instructors. I've taken classes with two different aerial instructors at Impact and both were experts at breaking down moves to make them accessible to beginners. Great care in teaching classes where one skill builds on the next with a emphasis on safety and making sure that no student gets left behind even if they are still building their strength and flexibility. They have taken me from basic moves all the way to professional level drops and routines.
