I’ve been training with Ashley for about two years now, and she’s been consistently excellent. She pushes me to meet tough challenges while staying supportive during lapses or plateaus. Ashley genuinely cares about her clients—she tailors each session to your specific goals and needs, like right now since I like playing pickleball, we've modified my functional strength program to include more agility and mobility. Our workouts are tough but fun, thanks to her energy and solid taste in music. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing something more specific, I’d highly recommend working with her! I have been training with Ashley for about 6 months and it’s been an amazing experience!

Not only is Ashley an awesome trainer, she is an amazing person. From our consultation on the phone, to our training sessions, she really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted out of our trainings. I have a hectic schedule and some physical pains, and she took all of that into account when putting together my workouts and nutrition plans. I hadn’t worked out since my daughter was born (over a year ago), but she never made me feel self conscious about not being able to move like I used to. She really motivates me to better myself. I started training with Ashley in the beginning of last year in January and I can sincerely say that she is the best personal trainer that anyone can have. Coming out of the pandemic I tried and failed to get back into the gym. With no motivation whatsoever and I found it extremely difficult to look after my own health. Ashley def deserved 5stars +++++ … I am new into this fitness’ world, she explained well on every single thing, not intimidating at all, corrects my form during session. She created this little newsletter with recipe on it which is simple to follow. She challenged myself to a certain limit that I amazed myself that I could do. I started training with Ashley when we were coworkers at 24 hour fitness in 2015 and I have continued to train with her throughout the years. Although I was always a competitive athlete, I did not fully understand the benefits of consistent training in the gym. She taught me everything from proper nutrition, weight lifting, hiit training, to even post workout recovery. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. I have never had to worry about a routine workout or my workouts becoming repetitive over the years. Ashley has been there for me through ups and downs with fitness and motivation. She holds me accountable when I don’t feel like doing it, and I always leave our sessions feeling better than when I got there. She is kind and compassionate, and genuinely listens. When I first started training with her, I needed to rehab some back issues. She helped me develop core strength, stability, and has led me back to a more athletic style of training. Working with her brought back my confidence as a fitness enthusiast and dare I say, athlete. I have been training with Ashley for several years. I am 67 years old and have osteoarthritis. My training goal is to improve strength and function that has become limited due to arthritis. Ashley has been amazing in helping me reach that goal. She uses her education and knowledge to develop a personalized monthly fitness plan and encourages and supports me in following the plan. I have known Ashley for about 5 years now, and I have always told her “You will always be my favorite trainer,” and that statement still stands true today. I have had different trainers throughout the years due to moving or just life in general, but Ashley has truly been one of the greatest. When I was in nursing school, I would go to the gym by my place and would see her training and say to myself, “I want HER to train me.” Once I finished school, I immediately asked for her to train me and the rest is history. Ashley is dedicated to her clients and definitely goes above and beyond. She would write out a suggested meal plan and additional workout programs outside of training even when it wasn’t part of what our “package.” Very early on, our trainer-client relationship turned into a genuine friendship and that’s just one example of her character. She truly cares about you as a person and friend. Ashley listens to what your goals are and really really pushes you to achieve those goals. Girl killed me every training session, but it was honestly so worth it after seeing results on measurement day. It’s like Ashley knew my body and capabilities more than I did because I really doubted if I was able to do whatever workout circuit she just demonstrated, but somehow I did it! I’m 5’7” and was 180lbs with a 30+ BMI when I started training with Ashley and now I’m 150lbs with a 23.5 BMI. Although I’m not training with her anymore, she’s left me a confidence in my own capabilities, tools to be successful, and knowledge to a healthier lifestyle. I loved training with Ashley that I even recommended her to my mom, which she has helped tremendously in my mom’s own health goals. One word to sum up Ashley’s fitness: awesome. I was looking for someone who would be able to challenge me and really help me to get back on track with my fitness. I started feeling like my workouts were repetitive and I felt like I was plateauing. Basically I was seeing no change in my body. So I decided to hire Ashley and she didn’t disappoint. My goal was to lose body fat from head to toe. My workouts were challenging and different, my body responding really well and I was able to lose almost 3% body fat in the 2 months I was working with her. I loved that she planned out my fitness regime for the whole month. She gives you a calendar and each day it explains what your fitness is that day. It definitely keeps you on track and accountable.
