I stumbled upon Maggie's profile on Google exactly a year ago, and little did I know that this chance discovery would mark the beginning of an incredible fitness journey. As I celebrate our one-year anniversary this month, I feel compelled to share my gratitude for the amazing impact Maggie has had on my life.

Maggie is so much more than a trainer. She really understands biomechanics and can work with you to train around and despite injuries. She takes the time to get to know her clients and her instincts on when to push you or encourage you are spot on. She also understands how to train men and women differently to help you sculpt your best body. Every time I train with her I leave feeling good. I can’t recommend her enough!!!!!!

Maggie is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I have studied under people who did MMA fighting, iron mans, celebrity trainers even and nobody has been able to top her. Her level of understanding and mastery of the body are top. She embodies what she teaches and is beyond anybody I’ve ever trained with because this woman has heart. She loves her clients. And when you work from a place of love it shines. Not only does she have the brains to back it up but she lives Health and trains each client at their level. This person has gotten me to the next level of training that no other trainer could get me too and with such ease and joy and I am now hands down healthy and know what health is. She understands the body like the back of her hand and she cares about how you feel and the details and that you’re actually happy it’s not just about looking good. Inside/outside. I love you Maggie and thank you so much for changing my life for the good now I know how to have balance and live a life where I’m healthy both inside and outside and I So enjoy working out. My body looks amazing. Since working with Maggie I have reached a level of health that I’ve never had in my life. I am empowered and confident from a holistic place. Maggie is the best trainer I have ever worked with! In less than a year after having my second baby, she has completely transformed my body through her amazing workouts and nutrition plan. She is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors each session to her client’s needs, so every time you see her you walk out of the gym feeling stronger and like you’re closer to your goal. Most importantly, Maggie is fully invested in those she works with and brings love and kindness into everything she does. I am literally obsessed with Maggie (in a totally none creepy way). I have been training with her for almost one year and am stronger than I have ever imagined I can be. Maggie is an AMAZING trainer, and overall person in general. Starting my weight loss journey with her has made the transition much easier. She is very helpful in every aspect from assisting with your nutrition to every workout you’ll do. I love that she takes the time to explain EVERY exercise and shows you how to do them all properly with the correct form and builds up from there, and she starts from little to no weight and goes up based on where you feel you max out at. That means so much because it can be intimidating getting back into working out and she makes you feel comfortable and safe while still giving you an AMAZING workout. With her help I’ve been safely losing 2lbs consistently since I started. And with her training, and me continuing to stay healthy when we’re apart I hope to continue in this fashion! She also does consistently check in with how you’re doing outside of her workouts. I highly recommend Maggie if you want an AMAZING trainer, and you’re also ready to put the work in on your own time as well.
