The gym is compact yet well-equipped, offering all the essentials for an effective workout. However, despite its ample membership, it receives a lower rating due to persistent issues with member etiquette. It is a frequent, daily occurrence for numerous individuals—particularly during evening hours—to neglect wiping down equipment or reracking weights. Moreover, benches and machines are often occupied for prolonged periods by members who use them as social hubs rather than for exercise. Gyms are intended as dedicated spaces for fitness, not as environments where one must clean up after others or wait unnecessarily for limited resources.

I signed up a year ago then had a baby and I have finally have been able to workout for the past month! I love the 24/7 hours it makes it so easy to plan a workout. I love how everyone keeps it clean and wipes their equipment after their own use!! The gym is small but has everything you need to get a great workout in!

The place is old but it has what you need. I would say drop the price though or invest a little more in better restroom facilities. The people are cool though

I'm a newbie to the gym world and still slightly intimidated. My husband signed us up and have been going for 3 weeks now. We were able to meet with Victor (separate times) and he was just awesome. He was aware of health issues and took the time to show us the machines and answer tons of questions. We go super early and it is always clean. Glad we are members here and can't wait for the new location to open since it is by my work!

Great gym. I'm kind of a loner in the gym, it's not a social place for me, but people are generally very friendly. Dwayne, a trainer there is very nice and always says hello, even if I can't here him with headphones on...
