Phillip, Johann, Charlie and Rainer have been some of the best trainers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Every session goes by so quickly and the amount of progress I’ve seen is crazy. I literally couldn’t even do a sit up on the first free session and now I’m able to do so many and it’s only been 2 months so far! Every time I come to Aspire we workout hard yet we have such a great time. They really are a fun group to be with and they’re so detailed in everything they do. 100% best trainers I’ve ever had!

I’ve been training with Phillip and Johann for about a year now and the results have been literally life changing. My doctor told me that I needed to start working out as I had fatty liver and high cholesterol. It’s been a year now and both of these issues have been solved and it’s literally due to the lifestyle changes I’ve experienced here at Aspire Fitness. What separates Aspire Fitness is the nutrition aspect and the accountability they keep with you EVERY SINGLE DAY. That’s why it works and it takes a lot of dedication on their end to make sure you stay on track. I’ve had many trainers before but none that actually dealt with nutrition. I always thought it was all about working out five times a week or running everyday but it’s all about the diet and that’s what Phillip taught me.
I’m currently down 23 pounds in the 5 months I’ve been here and it’s been an amazing journey. Phillip and Johann really care about all the details. They’re very strict (I hate it but I love it) but that’s what gets the results.
If you’re looking for a trainer who will get you real results, Aspire Fitness is definitely the choice for you!

Before working with Phillip as my personal trainer, I was a stranger to the gym. To be clear I was very active with Club Pilates for a year and a half, doing 10-12 classes per week. However instead of dropping weights and toning up, I actually gained a few pounds. That journey of health and fitness led me to Aspire Fitness, and clearing misconceptions of weight lifting can bulk you up. Within my first 10 sessions I was down
8 pounds , lost an inch in my waist and 3/4 inch in my thighs. It’s not just about losing the weight or the inches, but my perspective of working out and lifting weights has changed completely, and I can say that I’m aspired to working out and actually enjoy it. This will be a part of my lifestyle, which I could not have adopted had it not been Phillip. He is very coachable, charismatic, and knowledgeable . Thank you Aspire and team for the journey.

My older brother came here and he lost a ton of weight so I decided to join him and it was definitely the best decision I’ve made this year. I feel stronger than ever and I’ve learned so much about working out and getting healthier overall.
I never once felt my chest or shoulders worked out and it’s because my form was all off. Phillip is definitely the best trainer around. I totally recommend this place.

I’ve been training with Phill for over 2 years now and I’ve been absolutely in love with the progress. I started at 115 pounds and I could never put on the size I wanted no matter how hard I tried. I’m now standing at 140 pounds and I feel healthier and stronger than ever.
One of the biggest things that working out consistently has done was give me more energy. I feel like I’m so much more energized and I’m so glad I made the jump to start personal training. 10/10 trainers here. You won’t regret it.

I started training at Aspire in 2022 because my doctor told me that I need to start exercising. More importantly, my doctor told me that I need to lower my cholesterol which meant that I need to improve my diet. I couldn’t find a coach who really specialized in this until I found Aspire.
My LDL levels were 132 when I first came to Phillip. He taught me everything he knows about nutrition and I feel like this knowledge really changed my life. My LDL is now at 101 as of February 2023 and I’m so happy with the results. The next goal is definitely 80 which I know I can do.
If you’re looking to focus on your diet and get healthy, Aspire Fitness is 100% the BEST option for you.

BEST. GYM. EVER.
Not a big reviewer but this more than warrants one. After bouncing around countless mediocre personal training facilities, I stumbled upon Aspire last summer and have been training here ever since. Losing over 20 pounds in total and greatly improving my figure over this period, I can say with confidence Phillip is one of the best in the game.
Instead of providing the conventional cookie cutter formula to all clients, Phil's training style is specifically tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and pace. His extensive knowledge in nutrition and bloodwork helps create the best meal plan for optimal results, all the while his patience and understanding cultivates a space where he becomes not only a mentor, but also a friend during the process. His passion for his job and authenticity is apparent in just a few sessions.
Phil also hires trainers that embody all these qualities; what sets Aspire apart from other facilities is each employee's dedication to pushing you to your full potential, all the while making the session seem like you're catching up with an old friend. Not limited to just exceptional trainers, the hygiene and tidiness of the gym is also unmatched.

I love training here! I’ve had many personal trainers before but none compare to these guys. It’s $625 for 10 sessions which is actually a lot cheaper than some of the trainers around the area. They have nutrition coaching which I’ve never received before while personal training. I went from 160-137 in 6 months which is insane for me. This is definitely the best decision I’ve made in 2022 and I definitely will continue until I hit my goal of 127! If you’re looking for AMAZING personal trainers, then you gotta come here!

One of my goals for my fitness journey was to lose weight and gain muscle. Phillip, Jack, & Emit are such dedicated trainers that have helped me lose my fat at a steady rate. I really appreciate how thorough they are when training me even if my form is slightly off. They will take time out of your workout to make sure you nail the right posture and they don't rush you through it.
The other great thing about coming here is how accepting they are and how comfortable they make you feel at the gym. They want to get to know their clients more to not only help them with their fitness journey, but also how you feel overall! It's always a pleasure coming here!

If you’re looking for quality personal trainers, then you have to come here. The results I’ve gained here have been insane. I started at 115lbs looking to gain muscle and now I’m approaching 140lbs. I’m benching almost close to a plate now and I haven’t gotten injured or have felt unsafe in anyway. Phillip, Jack, and Emmett are amazing trainers who truly care. They have the perfect balance of fun and work ethic which makes for an A+ experience every time I come in. I totally recommend this place if you’re looking to really change your life!

I was working from home for over the last two years and my health hasn't been doing great. I work as an artist and have to work long hours and was struggling because of shoulder/neck pain. It was bad to the point where I felt too weak to even get out of bed. Work, life balance was a total mess. I was looking for a personal trainer where people took covid seriously. I found Aspire fitness and started training with Phillip 6 months ago.
I've got alot of stamina back and my diet and health has improved tremendously. I also lost all my covid weight. We concentrated on areas where I was in most pain and did specific workouts to make healthy muscles. I was also assigned a meal plan that would be beneficial for me and did not leave me feeling hungry. I usually eat with my partner so he started eating the same as I did and he ended up losing 15 lbs. The meal plan was very effective. So far I really like how I've become stronger and eating healthier. I also gained alot of confidence from just the way my body has changed. I'm glad I gave personal training a shot and more specifically I'm glad that it's with Aspire Fitness.
