Aspire Fitness is perfect for people of all fitness levels. I consider myself to be an active person. Before Aspire, I went to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, and I enjoyed running half marathons and Spartan races, but for some reason, it was difficult for me to maintain a consistent physique without doing extreme workouts or diets.

Training at Aspire Fitness taught me that making even minor changes to my daily life can have a big overall impact on the way I look and feel. In less than 3 months, I lost about 18 pounds and 5% body fat, and I gained a better understanding of how to work out and plan healthier meals.

Phil, Johann, Charlie, and Rainier are all excellent trainers, and as someone who doesn’t like lifting weights, I was always pushed to lift heavier and get stronger. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your form or learn basic exercises, or a more advanced athlete who needs more accountability with healthy eating or heavier lifts, they will work with you to meet your fitness goals!

Phillip, Johann, Charlie and Rainer have been some of the best trainers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Every session goes by so quickly and the amount of progress I’ve seen is crazy. I literally couldn’t even do a sit up on the first free session and now I’m able to do so many and it’s only been 2 months so far! Working with Phillip and the team has truly changed my entire life. Phillip told me when I signed up that I could lose 8 pounds in a month if I really tried. The doctor told me I need to lose weight as fast as possible so I was looking for someone to get me to my goals fast. Phillip did not disappoint. The amount of detail he has every single day for my diet and my goals is something I am very grateful for.

I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and it’s only been a month. It is so extremely motivating to see the weight go down and my stomach to shrink. I feel stronger and more flexible than ever too. There’s much I can say about Phillip and his team but ill start off by saying I’m officially down 60 pounds. 60 pounds!! I was 210 when I first started, overweight and feeling sluggish all the time 24/7. Im now 150 pounds and inching my way up to 160 to build some more muscle. Phillip has been incredible to work with. We’re 8 months in but this is something I’m going to be doing for the rest of my life. If you’re in the market for a trainer, Phillip is the guy for you!

All trainers are well knowledgeable and patient. Phil made a personalized training plan for me including daily menu and snacks, assignments and workout plan.

I love training here! I really felt unhealthy throughout Covid and it feels so nice to know that I’m working on my health. Something I really wanted to work on was my belly and arm fat which has decreased a lot after losing around 11 pounds. I was 120 and now I’m at 109 which feels so amazing. We’re building a lot more muscle and I can even do a pull up now!

Phillip and Emmett really care about their clients. They really make every single session so fun and they’re so funny! I give this place five stars!

Coming to Aspire Fitness has been the best decision for my fitness journey! I love training with all the trainers here. The team is super friendly and humorous. Whenever I come here, it's always a breath of fresh air knowing that I am getting my pump in while also talking with them! The best part about joining Aspire Fitness is how they want to make sure that you are reaching your fitness goal. Whether that's losing weight, getting more toned, working on a specific area of the body, or just a little stress relief, they are there with their fullest attention! Ive been training with Phillip since March and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. My husband and I have trained with other trainers who were always late or canceled so its refreshing to go to a gym where we could trust the trainers. Some even added people to our sessions while we were paying for that 1 on 1 time. Jack, Emmett, and Phillip all have that integrity and give 100% no matter what. I love training with Phillip! I started in 2020 after the pandemic and I was really worried about finding a clean and safe environment to train. I thought I’d give Aspire a chance and it was definitely the best decision I’ve made in terms of my fitness and goals. The training here is top notch. I started training at Aspire Fitness in January and I’ve seen incredible results! I was 92 pounds when I first came and I was desperate to gain some weight. I was afraid that if I gained weight, then I’d get fatter but this was not the case at all with Phillip’s guidance. I gained 10 pounds in the span of 4 months and I got to a point where I never thought I could. I could do 2 pull ups (this is big for me, might not be big for anyone else) and I can squat 135 pounds for 5. I feel tighter than I was when I was 92 pounds and I definitely feel so much more comfortable in my skin. If you’re looking for AMAZING trainers, the Aspire Fitness is definitely the place for you!

I absolutely love Phill! I’ve been with him for around 3 months now and the results have been incredible. I can now squat up to 205lbs and I can definitely see a huge huge difference in my waist and butt. I got tighter without getting bigger which is exactly what I wanted from personal training. If you want to lose weight, I would definitely recommend coming here!! I've never worked with a trainer before, and Phill helped me to lose a lot of weight that I had previously gained from eating out a lot. He showed me how to eat healthy and exercise. I've also really liked exercising here. They make exercising super fun! Each session is different and I've also done boxing with Phill and that was also really great! Definitely recommend!!

I've wanted to find a trainer for a while because trying to be accountable for myself in being consistent with becoming healthy and fit was just never a success, and I finally came across Aspire Fitness and gave it a try about a month and half ago. The first few sessions I had with the trainers were extremely tough but satisfying. They push you to your limit and I probably wouldn't be able to as far on my own, and as weeks have passed I feel myself becoming much stronger. So far I've also seen a difference in my body, I've slimmed down and also lost weight. I was given a meal plan to follow which also contributed to the weight loss. Phillip is always great with responding to my questions about anything, whether it's about nutrition or working out. Aspire Fitness also has a YouTube channel with lots of awesome healthy recipes to try, I would definitely recommend checking it out as all the recipes from there that I've tried have been delicious and satiating.

Been training here since the gym opened and I’ve definitely hit all my goals. Just here maintaining and improving on the things that Phill recommended.

Down 8 pounds and it’s only been a month! I bought the 24 session package and it’s honestly been a great change of pace in my life. I switch off between Jasmine and Phill and they’re both so great. Their workouts kill me and I feel like they really care about what they do. They write meal plans here and I think that was the key to my success. I still have a lot of sessions left but I’ll definitely write review when I lose more weight!

I've been looking for a boxing gym that did private sessions since I'm not a huge fan of boxing classes and Aspire Fitness is definitely the perfect fit.

Phill is a great instructor with a really creative way of teaching. His boxing classes are 1 hour of nonstop work. It's so challenging and I'm always dead afterwards. He also incorporates abs into the workout so that's a plus. Come check them out. Totally worth it.

Been training here with Phill for 2 months now and I’m down around 11 pounds. Every time I come in Phill is so energetic and friendly! It makes working out much easier and less intimidating.

As for the gym, it is very clean and spacious. I’ve been to a lot of other gyms in the area and this one is really the best when it comes to cleanliness.

As for the price, I paid $420.00 which comes out to $42.00 a session. Really great price for the training they offer here.

Aspire Fitness is a private gym that’s right around the corner if you live in Walnut! I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’ve been enjoying the training of the gym since then.
They have two trainers here, Jasmine and Phill. They’re both great and really know what to do in regards to weight loss and toning. I’m currently down 14 pounds and I feel awesome.
Another plus to this gym is that it is clean. Also, it’s a very private and quiet gym so I never feel like eyes are on me as I’m working out. I’m really glad there’s a gym so near to me know with such good service.

I’ve been training here with Phill for about 2 months now and I’m down around 14 pounds! I never thought I could do it but Phill really pushes me and encouraged me to get to my goal.
