Greetings Athletic Adventurers,
I am so excited to bring the Athletic Adventurer programs to life for you! The mission statement behind Athletic Adventurer is, capable in body, adventurous in spirit, at any age. Let's work together to improve your ability to move and your confidence in trying new activities and sports. No matter your age you can start practicing your movment skills, feeling and moving better. It would be my pleasure to be your athletic adventurer guide, as you explore your athletic skills and leave your pain and stiffness behind.

Cassie is amazing!!! She’s knowledgeable, creative, and her work with me has kept me mobile, functional, and pain free! I have learned a tremendous amount from her on brain and neurological connections to muscles which had hugely impacted my ability to keep moving. I suffer from a rare deteriorative muscle disease and I would not be as mobile today without her dedicated support.

Cass has been an amazing trainer. She is very knowledgeable and talented. Cassy is knowledgeable, funny, patient, and makes every session enjoyable. I've been working with her for almost three years to strengthen my weak/inured back and rehab a number of other injuries (esp. to my hands). She knows many approaches for resolving each type of issue and keeps searching out what works *for you*, while also working with you to develop longer term goals for each issue. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants personal training, needs rehab, or wants a more holistic approach to their body (vs. our healthcare systems' isolated specialists).

Cassandra is an amazeing teacher, I have worked with her for nearly 2 years. I am more fit than I was 10 years ago. She gives you confidance to do more than you think you can. She is cheerful and makes it fun. My joints feel great, balance imptoved, lower back pain gone. She will work with you to help with any issues you have. By the way, Im 85 years young.

I am a physical therapist that has been struggling with wrist pain for over a year and a half with push ups, planks and handstands. After a few short weeks with Cass here is my story:
I had an incredible day of hand balancing on Saturday. Major DOMs from doing so many one arm drills, but wrist felt and feels great. I only felt “jammed” up twice, but did the neuro resets each time and was back to upside down pain free in no time. I can not thank you enough!
The neuro stuff seems strange at first, however, trust the process and you to can have unimaginable and priceless results!

Cassandra is the absolute best. I’ve always had problems with my back, and using machines left me hurting more. She worked with me on my balance and moving certain parts of my body correctly before getting into the workout. I felt rejuvenated, more confident in my ability to exercise, lighter when I walked, and all-around much happier. After only one day, I almost had my splits back. She’s incredibly nice and the best trainer I have ever worked with.

As a trainer, I will say all trainers need trainers. She is a great Z health trainer and has helped me with my stiff neck, low back and sciatica/stressed piriformis issues. Cassandra is awesome! She has been my personal trainer and I would not want to go anyone else. She will go over different stretches, ways to help with flexibility, different exercises and sprints to do outside of the gym. I love her and we always have a fun time during our sessions. :)
