Let me start saying that this gym is really clean. The owner is very nice. The staff members are very friendly and coaches are great I’ve been bringing my son to this gym for almost 4 years. I have no complaints at all. The coaches are very respectful. I would totally recommend this place for kids who wants to train for boxing. They have soccer for adults they could train to. This gym is not only for kids, but also for adults so that’s great

The gym is great, everything is good people are friendly they have multiple things to do, I love the soccer games indoor, always make me feel like a kid, running and playing with everyone, the owner he is just great, I recommend to everyone, you want to loose weight this is the right place to do it

I am very disappointed at this place! I signed my son up for boxing and decided to take him out because it was not safe anymore. At one point they had young children hitting the punching bags right next to full grown men using sledgehammers to train. When my husband witnessed this we decided it was not safe anymore but agreed to continue paying because we did sign a 6 month contract. When I went to cancel my contract I was told I had to have done it a month in advance so now I was going to be charged $79.99 for an extra month (apart from the 6 months on the contract). I wasn't happy with this but agreed to pay it. Within the next couple of days I noticed I was charged an extra $19.99 fee from this gym. When I called to ask what this charge was all about I was told it was a regular yearly fee that everyone had to pay and even though I had already cancelled, my membership was still active when this charge went through! So I ended up paying a total of $100 for the month of January. If your thinking about signing your kids here or yourself I would suggest you think twice about it before making this big mistake. They DO NOT have an AC and it gets hot as hell in there during the summer!!!

If it was possible to give this place no stars I would the A/C and heat is never on I had to go home because the A/C was off and gotten sick they have a cleaning lady I'm sure she try the equipment are always broken when try to cancel my agreement he tried to tell me would take a month to cancel when I give him a week which is normal I asked look at the Contract he couldn't find it where it said I have to wait a month to end it any of the good reviews you see are false

I have BX and IN shape membership and heard about this place. I head about this place and wanted to check it out. I walked it and new I had to get a membership. I’m a body builder and it had everything I need there. Front desk super friendly. The best part is there is no time restriction on how long you can work out. I work out 3 hours a day and don’t like leaving the gym going outside for 15 mins and going back. Throws me off. You can put your gym bag and don’t have to keep it in a locker. Showers are available too. So you can go straight to work from there and catch the freeway. Plenty of space to do lunges. Overall excellent gym. Anyone that says anything negative about this gym are negative people for sure. I know what a good gym looks snd feels like. This is it. FYI I cancels both my other memberships because of the inconvenience.

Boxing coaches hardly train you. They give all their attention to their fighters. I get it, but the fact I'm paying for membership means I want the same training. In the words of one of the coaches "Go elsewhere". And I think I will. Also, keep in mind they will have you under contract for six months. In his words, go elsewhere, better.

This place will often double charge your card for your monthly payment and won't mention it. Phones have been down for over a month and this place is outdated.
I tried to cancel my membership and the girl at counter told me I would only have to pay a small amount if I stayed but for the remaining time on my contract but later that day she denied saying that and I'm paying almost $40 a month. Much better gym options at a lesser price IMO

Well clean area, not over populated , plenty of excersice equipment, family park right next door, staff is very polite, weights , tredmill , personal trainers available, sauna also available, showers also , boxing classes available/ cardio really good results, Trainer ask for Joel
