I’d give this gym 10 stars if I could! The facility is top-notch, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming—it truly makes working out enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train!

Today I came in the gym to take two members off of my account, I called prior to the first of the month, today is the second of the month, it was told that this is a month to month contract because of military. I haven't used the account or the two people that I want removed from the account. I was told that I had to pay for the two other people on the account that i want removed when I was told it was ok to come today prior to today to remove them off my account and just pay my portion of the account. When I tried to do that today, I was told that I was locked in for the whole month and have to pay 100.00 for the other two people that I want removed. I explained that I was given wrong information and can Tilted accommodate me for the miscommunication. I was told that I had to pay 100.00 dollars and I explained to him that I couldn't get the other two people to pay. Today is the second of the month and I was told that I can come in today to have them removed and it wouldn't be a problem. The manager was not willing to help me once I mentioned to him what I was told. I just wanted those two people removed from my membership and I just pay my part only. I'm very upset, very bad customer service.

The gym is not what it used to be. There is a clear disregard for customer service by the employees working. 2-3 “employees” standing around the desk chatting while the gym is a total mess. Bathrooms are dirty and disgusting. Weights, bands, and equipment are everywhere they shouldn’t be. They never have any towels for members, yet bathrooms have towels over filling the bins. Some basic house keeping can go a long way here.

Been going here for 6 months and I do enjoy the equipment they have along with the red room and other amenities. However, the gym isn’t very clean. Girls locker and restrooms always smell and floors are insanely dirty. Paper dispensers and hand sanitizer stations never work and overall just doesn’t look like it gets checked up on. Sometimes cables or machines will be missing pieces or be broken and will take a while to get fixed. Tilted has the potential to be a great gym but the cleanliness is low.
