Athlos training grounds is one of the best gyms in the high desert that I’ve attended. I’ve tried different gyms in the past and could never come close to getting or seeing the results that I have gotten to with Athlos and the help of coach Alex. Very great atmosphere and very great people to train with, all very professional. So I highly recommend this place if you either need to lose weight, train like an athlete, or just all around feel good about yourself and your health!

If you want to get in shape while building muscles, this is the spot. Gave it a chance and put forth the effort. You will get in shape. Ive been going for over 7 weeks and still sore 2 days later after each class. Believe me I put forth the effort. Each day is a different workout. No two days are the same. I see a big change in the mirror. I have to buy a smaller belt, I ran out of notches. The staff work with you correcting your form while working out. You can go to multiple workout sessions each day. The coaches are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and encouraging. This is a circuit training style bootcamp with weight training.

First time ever doing weight training. I was always embarrassed to try it at the gym, didn't want to hurt myself. Coach Alex is great! He helps with correct form to avoid injury. He always has a smile and has great words of encouragement. If you are looking for a place with great energy and coaches look no further. Athlos Training grounds is the place to train!!!

The coaches really pay attention to your needs and goals. They are ready and willing to help get you there whether with nutrition or just help you motify the exercise due your personal weaknesses. It's a fun upbeat, motivating environment. Coach Alex and Coach Hannah have helped push myself to a better healthier me and we still keep reaching for better. Love them... and love training with them.
