I know some people don’t think they can do crossfit if they’re not perfectly in shape, but that’s not true at all! The trainers here are very open to adapting workouts for different ability levels or injuries. I’m glad I’ve tried this gym, even with my knee injury, I get a good workout, and I enjoy it!

While I have yet to take any Crossfit classes, I have trained 1-on-1 with Ivan, the owner.
We were just coming out of 2020 and like a lot of people, I developed a health issue from the effects of that year.
I reached out to Ivan and he immediately got me in and started me on a program that really got me back on track. In addition, I had a shoulder issue that he was always careful with.
I know Crossfit(in general), gets a bad rap. But just spending time with Ivan and observing the classes, there's a real family environment and community that they've built. And it's not just Crossfit athletes, it's people of all different ages and abilities.
I highly recommend Ivan and Crossfit ATI!

This is not my first crossfit gym or gym in this Danville area and it has become my favorite. I love the "neighborhood" box close to home and downtown.
I have heard many express concern that Crossfit will result in injury or overtraining. This is not the case with Crossfit ATI. What impressed me most was there time to modify workouts and had no problem making me go home to avoid overtraining after I had an injury. The trainers demonstrated genuine concern for my long term health and performance. Yet, the gym remains progressive to train and develop even the most experienced athlete as seen by the many participating in the CrossFit Open.
The Paleo challenges regularly put on by the gym are also a fun way to really push your performance up a level.
Without hesitation, I recommend CrossFit ATI!
